For dishes like these, I've been replacing greek yogurt with cottage cheese. In almost every situation, the texture and flavor are better. Have you tried Cottage Cheese with this one?

@@AndrewDasilvaPLT I didn't use skyr in this recipe, am I missing something? Also i found skyr in multiple groceries when I was in the US this and last year ✌️

Yes, it lasts up to 5 days, I'm just not sure if the sauce lasts 5 days as well, I never tried.

@@kittypawss333this! I've found that European Skyr is the same as American 0/low fat Greek Yogurt, so feel free to substitute it.

Your recipes are nice but try using ingredients that are readily available to everyone especially people from developing countries.
Oat or Wheat flour, yogurt, sugar, eggs and butter are not available to you? These seem like very basic ingredients.
Which ingredients aren't available? Maybe the sweetener? You can use a different sweetener
