Great advice with no drama. One thing that's great about getting older, an there are few..., is that while sex is still enjoyable, the drive is less. While I still enjoy sex at 50, I am equally as happy focusing on my family, hobbies or learning something new which in the long term are more satisfying than getting laid.
Focusing on being the best version of yourself is also important. I've been married for 25 years. Its easy to let yourself go and take your wife and life for granted. Our marriage hit a wall in 2021 and we almost got divorced. Since then, I've dropped 50 lbs, work out regularly, try to work less and focus more on spending time with my family. I'm in better shape now than 10+ years ago. Since then, everything is better, my relationship with my boys and wife, my health and yes the sex is more enjoyable too since I am in better physical shape.
Not actually a priority for me, these days. But the necessity to BECOME yourself is timeless…

Another great vid..
Although sex can be enjoyable, though not guaranteed, one fact remains constant, every person has some sort of reaction from the interaction which may be positive or negative with all the emotional/social and possibly legal associated ramifications.
The secondary consideration beyond self actualization as you stated is finding stable persons with whom to engage and from that limited pool one who is compatible in values, trustworthiness and mentally/physically healthy. Following pursuits of career, interests, hobbies with increasing competency and resulting satisfaction is the magnet for women, however, be content with your self as the female world of drama, psychosis, wine with anti-depressants and their nature being unchecked by society is a dumpster fire upon which you don't want to roast your chestnuts. Fiires are best observed from a distance.

This is a wonderful addition to the conversation. We have a diversity problem in redpill, as with any sort of "waking up". People start to see the ligjt and then get hit by dunning kruger and start parroting redpill points instead of bluepill points, rsther than just actually critically thinking for themselves

This makes sense especially for men my age 40.
1. It isn’t worth becoming self destructive or going to dangerous lengths to get laid..
2. Pick up artists are a joke more of a novelty… sure they get a phone number but do they ever meet up or better yet does she even reply.
3. I want a decent women but it’s increasingly hard to find. My dad voice in my head says… crazy is crazy… minus depression women are prone too.. as we all are.. things like bipolar and bpd are a dead on no fly for me in a long term girlfriend or wife..
If you are overweight I recommend checking weight and height and age tables. The one I most focus on is what the military sees as acceptable. It show where you really should be as apposed to more lenient civilian scales.

Great advice Paul! I used to hang around with a guy who was one of "God's children" when it came to getting laid. He could walk up to a group of women and do nothing more than read the ingredients on a soup can label. Dude would still get all their numbers. It didn't help him long term, but it sure opened a lot of doors
Hey, you don't have to stick a finger up one nostril to blow snot out the other. Just push one nostril closed and blow. I enjoy doing this while exercising when I see a woman checking me out. Very effective! During early covid, I had one run completely off the pavement of a multi-use trail and then squirrel back and forth like she was getting ready to dodge a ball. Hilarious!

Um,,, not a psychiatrist; but, I think an overwhelming drive to get laid, apart from being hormonal, is an unresolved need your mom didn’t fill when you we a infant. We need to face the fact a lot of women did a shit job as a mom and treated you men like a fashion accessory rather than a human being.
Paul, I’ve been listening to you since 2017. Your advice and insight have really changed my life. Thank you. However, from my experience of over 50 yrs on this planet, your advice on getting laid completely misses the mark. You give women too much credit to think they are able to recognize the value of a good man. At any time; any one of them would leave a good man for hypergamy. The solution is a blend of PUA and values. You must stop criticizing PUA like anyone who subscribes to any of it is a simp. No. A strong man learns to have his values and still game women. The next evolution in your teaching should be to homologize the two principles. Roosh has a lot of great things to say that help men succeed; that you attribute to compromising one’s values. No. I’ve followed ur advice. It only results in a sore hand. Women can’t brag and get adoration from their friends about how their man has values and boundaries. No. It’s all about superficial material possessions or perception of envy that get them wet. Thank you for all of the rest!
