Laser hair removal is not painful. You can handle it. If you’ve ever gotten waxed down there you can get laser for sure. I’m currently on my 4th session , it’s bomb!

The video was interesting, Heidi! My favorite color was "nude," with "mauve" in second place. I thought "clay" looked a little dark, and to me it was basically unappealing. The leggings with the laced open areas that showed skin at 7:58 in the video looked super-great! I enjoyed your workout, and you looked good! I enjoyed watching the parts after the workout when you were working with food, which were interesting too. Generally, I was glad to see you in this video! I'm sorry I didn't get to it sooner. I've been a bit busy. I've been working out pretty well, and doing things to stay strong! I can understand your exhaustion after your workout. I hope all is going well with you these days! Yes laser hair removal will be one of the best things ever. Especially, if your prone to ingrown hairs. Once you get one area, it gets kinda addicting lol. Have an awesome day everyone!!!!

I was scared to but its really not too bad. Really is kinda like someone snapping a rubber band on your skin. And in the extra close areas you can totally get them to pause like 15 seconds and start again. Its so awesome though! The love will far outlast the pain :)
Heidi Somers The place I go to gave me numbing cream for Brazilian on my first 10 sessions. Made a huge difference! It still hurts though.. different from waxing because it takes a bit longer. Worth the pain so far!

I’m glad I did laser hair removal but it did hurt the first few times. I had to use the numbing cream and that definitely helped! It gets better the more sessions you do! It’s so worth it, but buy the cream!!

Had laser hair removal on my entire body and it's not that bad. Definitely not as bad as waxing with the specific machine I had it done with. I also had around 7 sessions, so I've experienced it multiple times

I also need to learn to do more things that are delicious and healthy. Thank you so much for your videos! they really inspire me to want to go back to the gym and stat back up with my old healthy habits. I've been in a funk for a while where every time I go to the gym my heart just isn't in it like it use to be and I honestly miss it so much. But seeing my body go back to how it was before I use to work out is the main thing that makes me so unmotivated to hit the gym. So thank you for lighting that spark in me to become like my old self and see that I can do this!
