I'm Back! I suddenly remembered another topic I was thinking about when I watched your video. I wanted to write about this: When you use protein powders like you were mentioning, one thing I calculate is the cost of the protein. For example, how much money in dollars and cents are you paying for 100 grams of protein? If you buy the right food, you can get much cheaper protein, although you won't get it in a super-concentrated form like you will with the powders.
For somebody on a low budget, the protein powders can be used in cases of extreme emergencies, I suppose, but they are not as cost effective as some food items are in terms of cost per 100 grams of protein, for example.
My kids love crepes. We have eaten them for years before they became a "cool" thing. I may have to try protein crepes though!!
