Larry Norman, Live in concert

Larry Norman, the singer and songwriter who broke boundaries is considered one of the most influential Gospel artists of the past 40 years. Larry's music brings together unforgettable, sharp lyrics with catchy rock, great charisma and an immeasurable passion and love for his Heavenly Father and the world around him.
Before he passed away in 2008, the Netherlands was a favorite stop for the rocker. Together with Andy Pratt this concert is recorded in the Netherlands. Songs like 'I Wish We'd All Been Ready' and 'Put Your Life In Jesus Nail Scarred Hands' are classics that can be heard, but also 'The Tune'!

I have a worn out pocket New Testament that I got Phil Keaggy to autograph. Next I went to a Randy Stonehill concert and went up to him and asked him to sign the same Bible. He said, “Hey, I know that guy” then he signed his name right under Phil’s. And then I made the comment “Now all I need is Larry Norman’s signature. Randy said, “I’d be in good Company.”
After that I bought concert tickets to see Larry in a little church near Leavenworth Wa. When I arrived at the church there was a sign on the door saying the concert was canceled due to Larry being ill. Short time later he died. So my heart was sad that he died at a relatively young age and I didn’t have the three contemporary pioneers of Christian music’s names all in one spot. R.I.P Larry!

I saw Larry in Kitchener Ontario in 1986. After the concert he sat down on a picnic table and just answered kids questions. He was humble, funny nd very wise. I'll never forget it.
