You put warrior on 'A' like it doesn't have 2 specs that are complete trash in all aspects of pvp let alone 1 decent pvp spec that is awful solo/ world pvp. Stupid opinions imo.
I played a ret pally back in original TBC. Did 2's with a rogue around 2200-2500. Ret/rogue was probably the funnest comp I ever played in WoW arena. Was even more fun in Wrath :)
Great vid man. Crushing my dreams of the 2 classes I really wanted to play most though. "Ele cranks if it can get a cast off." Story of my life. (Looks like Ill rage quit TBC from getting trained by rogues) "The biggest problem with feral druid is its not a rogue." Heart break right there. I guess I'll settle for Spriest for aggressive caster/healer playstyle.
Important note on Priest V Druid. Priest is stronger then rdruid in S1 hands down, especially if you're dwarf. Druid just gets better as expansion goes on.
Been maining my holy pally since classic. It's kinda sad that my Kara/honor geared char feels like a weaker healer compared to my lv65 quest-geared priest lol
SL/SL Warlocks were strong till S3, because in S1 and S2, drain life was not affected by MS. I doubt this latest version of TBC will reflect this and Blizzard will use the fixed S3/S4 version of drain life in earlier seasons/patches - this will benefit Warriors and Rogues. Warlocks will be more a caster slayer and pain for healers, but could get countered by any kind of warrior, undead rogues as well as BM Hunters. Mained a SL/SL lock in TBC in 2007 so i do tell from personal expierence. Safest bet is warrior, rogue and heal druid for arenas or any kind of pvp.(ok, i would not use a warrior for duels in tbc much) SL/SL remains one of the most fun caster specs to dominate other casters with, but has huge weaknesses against MS and pet kills. People will exploit that easily in arenas and melee cleaves. When i played TBC, i saw a TON of warriors in bgs and arenas - it was the most played pvp melee and there was a ton of high resilence druids. So while a frost mage has little chance to survive a SL/SL lock, said mage is certainly more needed to keep the FLOOD of warriors at bay in arenas/bgs, who will become a huge problem in S4, with bigger hp pools and resilence values and MS actually starts to really kick in.
What do you suggest for me to play with my friend whos gonna be a rogue in 2s, we want to reach high , i mention i would like to play as a dps more than a healer , thaanks !!
Lol, someone's got to be the punching bag class to make everyone feel good. Training the shaman into the dirt has always been so easy, they have no tools hahaha shits awful.
Bro, this is painfully accurate. My shaman has been my main since the original TBC. I really don't know why other than I love the playstyle. I always suck, bit it's fun at least!
I feel this is fairly accurate. Curious to see how it plays out on live. Hunter was definitely more broken on live back in the day then on endless for some reason.
TBC was my entry to arena. I was 14 maybe 15 back then and had no real clue about the game. The journy to 2k in 2s and finally getting the shoulders with my hpala (with sl Wl) and mm hunter (with Disc) were so fun that I still remember it to this day. Also while there was some form of meta people were still open to play sub optimal stuff and gear didn't matter that much. Maybe I give Tbc a try even tough blizz tries to milk it with boosts and exclusive mounts...
What comps go with rogue in TBC? I have heard of RMP / RLD but what else is viable? My friend has a rogue and we have two others probably going to use the boost around that rogue to make a 3s comp. I was thinking warrior/healer but is it viable?
Downloaded Opera GX and mentioned your channel. One question, how do I get the glowing neon borders that you have in the start of this video? Thanks, and keep fighting for us pvpers.
Hi there, hope you don't mind the message. I've just basically started WoW in last 2 weeks, I'm debating a Mage or Rogue. What would you say is the easier of the two too get to grips of? i.e Rotation, PvP etc.
Any advice for feral druid in arenas? I played through all TBC and after season one i had to go resto, but I HATE healing in arenas. What kind of pve gear do i need to combine into my pvp gear to make this work? Or at least do you have somewhere you can point me cause its hard to find any info about legit feral arena info
I feel personally attacked here! As someone who played an Hpally back during TBC to 2200 2s (w/ war, lock, and a hunter) and 2400 3s (war/rsham/hpally, war/lock/hpal) I'd say that they're not as niche as you're saying they are.
You getting to 2200 doesn't mean they are not niche. You definitely can do good. Its just the fact that for 100 arena teams there will be 60 with druid and 10 with hpal.
Spriests in general are good but not on the level of mage or lock. They rely on their teammates and healers to keep them alive and have no spammable CC or defensive cooldowns, so I'd agree they are below mage and lock. Some comps using them for burst damage are good but hinge on the other character more than the priest. I know because I was a tier 6 shadowpriest back in the day and probably the highest ranked one on my server's faction.
@@Kozak_87 No you would just be playing a disc priest with a few talent points in damage rather than survivability. Even in full spell damage gear it still does far less dmg than shadow due to spell coefficients and no talent synergies.

Well, i don't know.. but really remember that i could 1v1 anything in an SP in TBC... however, that was when resilience kicks in... I'll still main SP, though.
But in 1vs1 i farmed all SPs with my SL/SL warlock. However, it was 2007 and i bet many people were not good at the game and SL/SL played itself he was my first main in wow. I think SP is fun a class that is fun is the most important thing, but 1vs1 with an warlock.....lets remember those fears in TBC did not break on dot dmg and drain life, and both the dots and drain life did actual dmg, unlike Shadowlands live servers, neither does dmg and there is no resilence, fear breaks almost instantly. Pve gear gives better mana regen, but it makes you soft, too. I also tried back in 2007, Fire Mage, just for duels. I felt it was a better duel spec than Frost, frost was too predictable, problem was with pvp gear you had horrible mana regen and you were oom instantly after 1 duel. Mana regen is really a thing in the older wow expansions and the lock has the advantage to fill up his hp bar quickly and have no mana issues, also before s3, he could heal through MS affects with no penality. How was performance of SP against arms warrior, rogue and BM hunter? Basicly SL/SL counters in duels as in TBC it was merely just important to keep up the fear with the dots running that did not break it, but those classes had immunity cds.
Best 3s for war warrior priest druid 2 healers. With shadow priest I am between a and b because 2s with rogue is very very good team and 3s i think shadow priest mage shaman can works my opinion, and the class I will play is priest I for pvp pve healer or dps ty for the video

is ret/rsham s teir in 2s?
Any dps/resto druid is s tier.thats all you will see in 2s
Yes it is very good can 1 shot any class randomly
@@hvdhvd-zt3js Except any dps/druid really means warrior, warlock, hunter, rogue, all the other dps specs are way behind.
@@hvdhvd-zt3js wrong af
Absolutely not. B tier at highest, Rsham isn't even s tier with a warrior. It certainly doesn't get there with a ret.
Sorry but do you have ANY experience in TBC? I know you play retail.
hpal is great in double healer comps
I’m trying to think of a way to ask without doxing you so I’m gonna ask this did you live in a city that has the name “Laguna” in it during 6th grade. I think we went to elementary together haha
Opera is pretty neat
I've been waiting for TBC classic just because of the fact that I know rogues are ridiculous in pvp 😁😁
isn't that always the case though?
Bull shit paladin was Niche in BC, the Prot Holy hybrid was absolutely insane possible the best spec in the game
There are servers up right now in season 4. So you can test it for yourself!
Didn't know being the worst healer in the game was absolutely insane.
It's definitely niche/trash
I hear people are saying they ruined tbc before it even dropped. 😂😂
Turned out to be true 😂
If you want to play a pala you can find a 5v5 team no problem.
Looks like I’m going ele/boomkin
lol wings can be purged in tbc? xD I forgot about that
and spell steal as a mage xD
All the way up to mop.
Also enha shaman is op as fuck as ORC cause of overhit capp... with arms warrior its ggwp 3k raiting 2v2, also ele shaman with prot warrior cause of stuns ez pez....
"unfortunately we have a sponsor for this video" - dude wtf, free $$$
He said "Now fortunately" haha
Ele is not good in 2s and 3s but are amazing in 5s. They bring the only group wide CD in blood lust/heroism which will be mandatory in 5s. So if you still want to play Ele and be competitive in PvP 5s is your bracket.
How come you're talking about PvE in an arena PvP tier list?
Because PVE players are going to shit down pvp exclusive players throats
shadowlands dead poggers
saying retri is bad overall in arenas in TBC, u clearly didnt play vanila TBC then...
It is bad.
I think a better way to put it would be that all the other melee specs just have more viability and options to work with. Paladins can be good but they're just the weakest of the roster.
Hpally/warr too
Stooppz hate for shamans is real I remember being able to windfury down any class in tbc as enhance.i can't wait to do it again.
Ele doesn't scale well which means Once there is more and more resilience in the game they won't do as much damage as they do at the start
Double windfury ftw.
