As someone with C and eating carnivore +eggs & dairy (no milk) would you suggest to knock eggs & dairy off? I’m using a lot of supplementation to help me with the C but your thoughts on the interview with Lee recently say I could be doing more harm than good! 8m carnivore and 28kg down!
I was interested in the unflavoured ones, but the label says it has 1.5g of carbohydrates per 100g. From which ingredients come those carbohydrates ? Thank you !
