@@jonathanhudson8013 yep definitely an unpopular opinion, but to me just about every song is pretty lively and energetic when you really listen to it. part of it is also because, as a drummer, i can appreciate the more complicated drum beats on the album. Its the only album where rob really gets to shine imo

The first time I heard the singles, I didn't like it, but then I liked waiting for the end, next the catalyst, and I said "FUCK, I'll listen all this shit", and now it's my favorite xdd what some turns the live does
If you're a true fan you'll probably love it all. Of course there will always be songs and styles you'll love more then the rest. But what truly makes someone a fan is the ability to adapt along side of the artist. What a lot of people forget is that when you're a fan you're a fan of the artist on just their music.

The most controversial Album they ever made. First I was listening it in 2010, I really was shocked. Never accpect that kind of music from LP. After one year later I really loved that, because it was so different to all the music which you had on radio stations and so on. Today and especially after Chesters death, it's my fav album when I want to chill and relax.
It was definitely a ballsey move to release a record like this as a rock/ metal. But that honestly makes me admire their artistry. They dont want to be put in a box. I really appreciate when artists take risks like that

The most experimental album of the group. Many have turned their back after this album .... after 6 months we constantly asked them these songs. So innovative and contrasting that some have taken a while to understand, yet it seems to me that we immediately recognize the claw of LP.
Another thank you from the bottom of the heart to these 6 guys for their work ! Amazing how much these songs motivated me when I had the potato or made me sad when I was also ..... of the LP in all its splendor, to make a side, and a moment after to do of the other, plus all there is in the middle. RIP Chazzy !!!

Good call on switching to the album version of Iridescent! The official video has an added drum beat on the first verse and is cut a bit shorter for Tranformers.
I think the album version is way better. It's supposed to be a slow build up song. Love when it finally gets to the solo and then the final chorus with the song hitting its energetic peak. Beautiful song.

Dude I absolutely love watching your react videos even if it's mainly only the Linkin park ones but you're awesome and thank you for all the love towards Chester. Honestly the day I learned of his passing it pretty much broke me I couldn't think straight for about a week it was like I got put on autopilot. So truly thank you so much for going through all of their work this way it's helping me remember why I fell in love with them originally.

This album was a pioneer of where rock/pop would head. If this album came out 5 years later, it would have been hailed as a classic. I finally came around on it after I let my reactionary angst settle.

I discovered Burning in the Skies two days ago and i definitly fucking love it, Blackout is one of my favorite LP song for sure and i enjoy Catalyst a lot too, these are my fav of this album for sure.
People absolutly need to act smarter and understand group's decisions, yeah we all loved Numb, In the end, New Divide etc those were the beginning, but you should know that for any artist or groups it's not fun to bring and create always the same style of musics, they have to try some stuff, sometimes it might work and sometimes it can completly fail, and sometimes it is great as it has always been but in a different style, it would be annoying to be focused only on one kind of music style for a whole career, and LP songs have this thing that make their musics easy to enjoy for some reasons we don't even understand ourselves, it hits different cuz they were unique.
To me, whenever i hear Castle of Glass, Burn it Down, BlackOut, Shadow of the day or Catalyst, i don't care about if it's not the same as they used to produce but only if the melody is great for my ears, i feel the LP's soul into many of them, voices, musics, vocals etc, and this is it, there's emotion and beautiful voice.
Many fans who discovered first LP songs like Numb probably hated Thousands of Suns albums but if they never ever heard of LP before and would have heard this album first they would have proabbly loved it but only cuz it was different they wouldn't even dare to listen it, how dumb is that uhu
When this album came out i didnt like it. Because as a 15year old emo kid whos taste in music was brutal music and demon-like screaming and only wanting harder & heavier sound. I brushed this album aside as being the nail in the coffin of linkin park. But now when im 22 and vastly changed my perception and taste in music. I can say for sure that i love this album a lot. #RIPchester
