    I finally found and got one "octopus" resistance band and this was my first workout with this kind of band. Loved it! I am going to do the other one tomorrow. Fun fact : I have created a work out corner with all the necessary accesories thanks to you. One last thing : Among all the online coaches you do the longest warm up and stretching and the last few months I am working oout with you once and twice a day, I have no injuries, soreness or pain. Thank you soooo much!

    How did I miss this one?! So good. Loved it. I did it with just regular band and handles and it worked just fine.

    I, also, ordered the Gaiam Restore Pilates bar. Would you mind doing a session using the Gaiam Restore Pilates bar? This whole Gaiam system is So convenient & portable.

    Ooh...very nice workout!!! I used my band with the handles because I don't have the Gaiam band, and still got a fantastic workout! I like how on some moves that we brought the bands behind our legs, definitely added more resistance! I also did choke up on my bands for additional resistance and loved it!!! I think that I will look into purchasing those Gaiam bands, they look terrific!! Anyway, I really enjoyed this session!! Thanks Lauren!! 😊👍

      I only have one other workout with these bands. At the time when the first video was posted using these bands it did very well because there is not much else on UA-cam that utilizes them. This video was a follow up do to so many requests for an additional video. Because it's so niche, I probably won't do more. But I'm glad you liked it and were able to use your other bands :)

    Thank you for another great Pilates workout short but sweet or should I say sweaty I didn't break a huge sweat like if I had been doing an hour of cardio in my pre foot injury days but I could tell I didn't need my solar panels on. I did have trouble getting my band positioned for some moves especially the saw at the end so was basically doing it with no band but it was still good.

    Thank you for this video. This was the 2nd one of yours I tried. The first was the seated Pilates. This one kicked my butt… Only thing was the 100 was not an option 😊one day tho. I will come back to this one once in awhile. Thanks again

      Just for some variety I would do this one once a week and the other one with the Gaiam band one a week as well. Maybe do some strength or Pilates on the other days. 💜

    I decided I need to strengthen my core and decided I should use this thingamabob from FabFitFun and found your videos. Love it! You have a nice variety of workouts … I’m excited to try more!
    One question … could I do this (or this type) of workout two days in a row or do I need to switch it up and have a rest day!

      Yay! Thank you for trying it Kris! I would prefer you to have a rest day, but if you're not too sore, then it won't do any harm to do it two days in a row. :)

    I am just beginning to work out again, after a long illness. I have never used bands before and I am wondering which weight to buy. I have seen some proflex ones with handles for bicep curls etc (the ones you stand on and pull up 😊). They go from 10-30lb. Any advice would be appreciated 😁
