Do you have a SPOON BOX now? It makes sense once you've seen it, but I never thought of that before. I could probably get fifty pounds of spoons by just going to the two or three thrift stores closest to me, this is a rich field. I really liked the part where he's inviting us to pick out a spoon from the box full. I have called this kind of material "Metamaterials" since they aren't RAW materials, they're already worked, and have some kind of story, and their own texture and so on. You have a voice that's as smooth as Bob Ross and makes the whole thing just that much more amazing. Keep up the great work! I look forward to diving through the rest of your channel.
Hi Craftsman from a 71 year old, always learning, from across the pond in England. You look much like me, a human squirrel, not wanting to throw anything away because it might just come in handy one day.😅 I've got 50+ years of all sorts of stuff, or should I say junk, over three stories of the house and garage, my children and now grandchildren and their friends love exploring, to them it's like an Aladdin's cave where they can find something to fix, something to take apart, it doesn't matter if it doesn't go back together, learn how to use tools, most of all be inquisitive and try something new. I've got 5 grand kids from 18 - 9, all independent, like to solve their own problems, determined not to give up and most important not afraid to ask for help when they get stuck. Recent projects with them, doing some Lichtenberg wood burning, making a leaded window with cathedral glass the old way, restoring an old chiming mantel clock, sand casting some lead toys, teaching the younger two to TIG weld, taught the older ones a while ago, and so it goes on, I need 24 hour days and 14 day weeks, I know what a lot do with them would have the Heath and Safety folk have a fit but I make sure they are safe, the odd cut, burn't finger from a soldering iron or blood blister always teaches them to take care 😉. I've subscribed to your channel, though I'm not sure it was a wise thing to do,🤔 😊 they have gone through all your vids and now I'm having to gather together some bits and bobs for copper etching and they have selected a pile of junk from my scrap boxes and bits from my engine black museum ( bits from engines and gearboxes that had self destructed ) to make some, as they call them, treasures similar to your silver soldered masterpieces, though some may have to be welded. So keep up the good work, if just one or two folk try something new from your vids they're a winner, likewise if your vids create that inquisitive, I can do it, hands on, inventive spark in some children, it will set them up for a life of wonder. My spark came from mum and dad, when I was small we had very little money, if we couldn't afford something, mum or dad always found a way of making or altering something, it just takes that little spark and a bit of time to create a lifetime fire of awe and interest in children................. sadly, today, so many kids don't get the chance ! Take care.
I can't begin to tell you how much this comment means to me. I had a big smile on my face, and a steady nod of agreement as I read along. You sound like an outstanding dad/granddad! You're teaching them things that not only become skills in their toolbox later on, but solid memories to stay around forever. Just wonderful, reading this. Feel free to email me any time, my friend: thecrafsman@gmail.com All the best to you and your family!

I can't express how much i love your videos. Every last one is more heartwarming and intriguing than the last! Wishing you nothing but positivity and blessings in your life!
I was thinking about those key finders and even without the hole and key loop they could be clipped to a knitter's yarn bowl to pull the yarn evenly. A proper yarn bowl can run $35-40 but a bent spoon and some e6000 and a bowl might make a really nice and easy gift for my step dad this holiday as he's a big knitter.
I'd love you'd have a podcast talking about random stuff, whatever that is. Your voice is so relaxing that listening you feels like having a brain massage.
You are so amazing Mr. Craftsman! I truly enjoy all of your videos and “how to’s”. Your house must be filled with beautiful creations; I wish you lived next door to me because I would love to see them all. If you ever taught “in person” classes on your techniques and craft, I would be the first to attend. You are such a joy to listen to, your voice is so calming and warm. You make me laugh with your bright humor and I hope you continue to do these videos because I learn a lot from them. Thank you so much.
thanks you again!! i want to offer you a tip. this is more about rolling little tapered bars of soft material. if you use your fingers, make sure you get more than one revolution as you roll it out. otherwise, you may end up with a flattened workpiece versus a round workpiece. it's a ceramic trick...i enjoy your humour and craftsmanship and attention to details. great show!
Such a clever idea with the spoon clip . I have an idea about the left over spoon heads . Flatten them out and maybe try your hand at some engraving with those tiny chisels . Love your videos .
@@TheCrafsMan I think you'd be able to do it . Your really talented . Either that or could do some acid etching on them . That could look really cool .

When I saw the left over 'spoon bowls' .... @@TheCrafsMan Did you also take Video Editing, Storytelling and Sound Editing at the community college? Man, you're good at everything!
Those elephants! Just way too cute for words . The flattened spoons make nice markers for herbs in pots . Just stamp the name of the herb and attach to a twig or wire or whatever and stick it in the pot. Maybe punch a couple holes in and hang some dangly bits from the spoon too. Love your videos ❤
GREAT ideas!!!!! :D I really like herb markers. Wow. Never heard of that.
Agreed, your voice and technique is smooth and calming. I appreciate you being you.
I’m gland I discovered you, sir. The crafs are definitely down the same avenue I had in mind for projects. God bless.
Thanks so much, sir! Glad you found my channel, and I hope you continue to enjoy! God Bless you!
Brother, you are so chill to listen to. Easy listening craft, steady as!
Hi crafsman, wanted to let you know my free range chicken made it safe and sound to my doorway today! thanks you and thanks crafsmama for your efforts. I'll be smiling all night looking at it thinking of how i"ll try and paint it and share it with you all. keep on steadycraftin and thanks for all that you do.

I never tire of seeing each an every little character you create.
"Maybe you got a friend that's confused..."
It's me. That friend is me.
Always love watching you work!
HAHAHA! Thank you for watching!
Out of all the craft's videos I've been watching over the years, I can't believe I'm just NOW finding your videos and channels... You have a voice that's as smooth as Bob Ross and makes the whole thing just that much more amazing. Keep up the great work! I look forward to diving through the rest of your channel.
Love your ideas. My husband turned me on to you and now I know why ! You are very creative!🤩
Please thank him for that! Hope y'all keep on enjoying! THANKS SO MUCH!
I know it’s gonna be a happy day when a new Crafsman video pops up!
I try to make y'all happy, my friend! :D
Hi Craftsman from a 71 year old, always learning, from across the pond in England.
You look much like me, a human squirrel, not wanting to throw anything away because it might just come in handy one day.😅
I've got 50+ years of all sorts of stuff, or should I say junk, over three stories of the house and garage, my children and now grandchildren and their friends love exploring, to them it's like an Aladdin's cave where they can find something to fix, something to take apart, it doesn't matter if it doesn't go back together, learn how to use tools, most of all be inquisitive and try something new.
Feel free to email me any time, my friend: thecrafsman@gmail.com
All the best to you and your family!
My favorite online sharer of great information regarding crafting. So enjoyable!
Thank you so much, Patricia! I'm delighted you enjoy my channel!
Love, love, love the Elephant pendant. You make me want to pick up a hammer and go crazy on Grandma's silverware! Thanks
You have the most amazing soothing voice while you are educating us!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us🤗 thrilled to have found your teachings.
Thank God I found this video again. It’s February 12 and I hope I can finish making the elephant necklace so I can give it to my friend on Valentine’s Day. Thanks Crafsman 👍
Put a suit on this one and he's a professional musician. OMG, I fell on the floor. Craftsman you are talented and amazingly witty.
Haha! Thanks so much! I'm happy you liked that part. :)
New to your page and I'm so impressed. Thank you for spreading and sharing joy!!! Our world needs more of this!
Cool 😎 I really enjoy that you are soft-spoken. Hearing you helps me wind down for bedtime.
So glad! :D Thank you for watching!
I love these. The elephants are great. Please sell these in your shop. I’d love one of the elephants in sterling for my son as an ornament for our tree. He is 3 and obsessed with elephants.
Love your channel and Your creativity.
Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for your videos. They are so nice and peaceful
Glad you like them, Ryan! Thanks for keepin' on watching!
Your combination of skill, talent, creativity and humor is such an absolute joy to watch and support. It’s a better day when you post a video!
Thanks so much, Jane!
I do love your annonimity. We all have a picture in our minds of what thecrafsman looks like.
Thanks, Kento! That brings up an interesting idea. I would like to see how people picture Crafsman. :D
The Crafsman to the rescue! Brightened up a cloudy Monday evening!
Always appreciate your kindness! :D
I can't express how much i love your videos. Every last one is more heartwarming and intriguing than the last! Wishing you nothing but positivity and blessings in your life!
I appreciate that so much!
Send one of those question mark necklaces to the 8 people who disliked this video....because they ARE confused! Love your work! You are so inspiring!
Aww, thank you so much! :) I appreciate you.
Craftsman...my first time seeing your work today. Awesome!
You are my Bob Ross, of METAL!👍😎. Great voice!
I'm so happy you showed the rain! You really are the best part of UA-cam
SO glad you enjoyed that! And to think - I almost re-recorded the end audio when the rain set in. :) Happy it turned out like that.
One noun for the CrafsMan poetry of spoken words.......I say awesomeness.
I LIKE THAT!!!!! You've hit on something useful, and should go with it! :D
I don't knit but that idea is mindblowing! 👏❤☝👊
Most relaxing diy video ever. Soothing voice. Informative. Thank you for sharing☺
I'd love you'd have a podcast talking about random stuff, whatever that is. Your voice is so relaxing that listening you feels like having a brain massage.
Wow. Very nice of you, and very encouraging to me. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much.
thanks you again!!
i want to offer you a tip. this is more about rolling little tapered bars of soft material. if you use your fingers,
make sure you get more than one revolution as you roll it out. otherwise, you may end up with a flattened workpiece versus a round workpiece.
it's a ceramic trick...i enjoy your humour and craftsmanship and attention to details. great show!
I love the way you said the name Alexander. The question mark is really intriguing. A conversation starter.
Thank you for watching! :D
Those little elephants are so cute. You're videos always brighten my day.
Thank you so much! :D
Those elephants are so cute! I'm never going to look at forks the same. You did it again Crafsman. Great video! Thank you.
Aww, thank you! I didn't come up with that - I've seen them for sale at festivals and online - but they sure are a neat concept. :D
Such a clever idea with the spoon clip . I have an idea about the left over spoon heads . Flatten them out and maybe try your hand at some engraving with those tiny chisels . Love your videos .
Thanks, Michael! I'm fascinated by hand engraving. Folks who engrave old rifles... that's crazy talent.
@@TheCrafsMan I think you'd be able to do it . Your really talented . Either that or could do some acid etching on them . That could look really cool .
I have no idea how I ended up here, but I’m so glad zI did. I thoroughly enjoyed this.
I'm glad you did, too! :D Thank you for watching!
It's official - I am 100% addicted to TheCrafsMan.
I'm loving the new frequent uploads!
Ever since Patreon, my goal is 1 video per week. :D
Crafsman I have been wanting to make things but I havent had the money to do any of it but you just showed me that I can make anything out of anything. I really love your channel thank you:)
Great video Crafsman. Your creativity is endless. Thank for sharing.
Thank you for watching!
You just have a voice like everything in the world is gonna be alright because we got the key on a spoon. Life needs more you😅🖤
You're always start unpretentious and humble. Then you deck us with outstanding work.
Thank you.
When I saw the left over 'spoon bowls' .... I thought you could make wind chimes with some....you could also turn a few into miniature dinner plates or bowls for dollhouses....or use some in an outside waterfall where the water would hit different spoon bowls, maybe even make a lil music....Just Some Ideas.... Stay Humbly Blessed 😇🙏💯
I love silverware. I love that you have a spoon box. I love this video. Frickin genius.
:) Thank you so much!
I really enjoyed watching you teach how to do these things. Thanks for sharing.
