Notes -
Base: Beef Bones & Ox-Tails
Dry Aromatics: First time trying it with dried Earthworms aka Sa-Sung. Not a noticeable difference at that amount. Next time will be using more.
6 pounds of beef bones/ox-tail combined.
8 liters of H2O was used.
Seasoning: Salt, Rock Candy & Fish Sauce. No MSG in any Form. Doesn't have that restaurant "oomf" but you feel way better after.
Total Cook Time 15 Hours on Heat:
1. Beef Bones - 12 Hours
2. Ox-Tail , Beef Tendons - 3 Hours
3. Brisket - 2 Hours
4. Tripe - 1 Hour
5. Dry Aromatics, Daikon, Ginger & Onion - 3 Hours
