First You have to apply the nanomesh as the real mesh. then either you retopologize it or do a quick zremesh. Then you project highpoly details onto the low topology one. The baking would create you the normal/displacement map. You can use zbrush to create those mesh or you can use another software like substance 3d painter or Blender. If you make tutorial please reset your UI to default so the audience is not confuse with your custom UI Because the viewers of your videos is almost absolute beginners
