The engineering you guys do is amazing. Finished products always come out amazing. Hope one day to be in a position to have one of your chassis under one of my builds.
I’m in my 50’s. Owned/built a few magazine rigs in my time. I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve used the word perfect to describe a build. But it really is. We’re so fortunate in this life to get to the point where we look to our kids for affirmation. 🤙
I can't thank you enough for what you do. these trucks and they way you do your videos brings me such nostalgic joy it almost brings me to tears. it reminds me of my youth, my dad, my granpa. it reminds me of a time I hope I never forget. God bless you, your son, and the entire RoadsterShop crew and from deep down in my heart, thank you.
You've done a great job on this classic car, adding the most important things in modern cars like a rear camera, sensors, Bluetooth and comfortable seats while maintaining the classic simplicity 💯💯🫡
Oh the dream . . . I learned to drive a stick in an early 80s Chevy K30 crew cab long bed. I’ve wanted one my whole adult life. What a dream truck this is. I’m definitely not a “make every thing modern kinda guy, nor am I the type that every little thing needs to be original. I love a well balanced mix. Those front seats are killer in my humble opinion. Taking the head rest off was the key to honoring the older seat types. Great job.
All bowtie. Perfect. Thank you for sharing because in doing what you do, you inspire all of us who build out of our garage. Congratulations on an epic build.
That's definitely some amazing fabrication skills I've seen in awhile, congratulations on a job well done. My hat is off to you ! Just a beautiful truck ! 😁
Love the truck as a whole! The interior is awesome! Always thought I would have a nice old or nice old new truck again. But have been fighting stage 4 metastasized melanoma cancer for a couple of years now. I haven't worked in a year and a half, so that dream is gone now due to financial issues. But that doesn't stop me from watching these videos and dream. Again, beautiful rig, love it!
Just subscribed cause of this truck, I've got a 92' F-150 project truck, and this truck is a big inspiration. That interior is awesome. Great job yall.
This is exactly what I’ve been thinking about for the longest time… to actually see it like this is amazing!!! Best truck square body build I’ve ever seen 💪🏾👍🏾
The interior of this truck looks really good. The seats almost look like my dad’s 1970 chevelle seats if he put them in his 70’s step side truck. Also, I like all the upgrades, such as the parking sensors and the backup camera, especially when backing up to a trailer.
I love the fact that you have your son in the video. It would be cool to see you. Have your son in videos doing different types of work in the future! #NextGenerationThisIsComingFromSomeoneWhoWorksWithKidsInSchool.
The trick with cars sounds unbelievably simple. Just combine modern with soul. Easy right? Absolutely wrong, so wrong in fact that the few people capable of doing so are rarer than flying dragons and wizards. Modern stuff has bells, whistles and amenities but, I never look back at my newer Ford when I get out it. Now, my 99 Ram 3500 Cummins dually is completely the opposite. I absolutely love that truck because of the way it lives and breaths. Every time I shift another gear, I just smile. It's bone stock, including the tape deck lol, except for the air filter and a muffler delete and it makes me fall in love again every time I drive it. 230k + miles of happiness. My Ford is great so far but, to me, it's just transportation, nothing more. No soul and although it has never given me issues, I simply cannot say I love to drive it. The engineering in this truck was from the outset to make it better and that shows. No flash, no bang, just honest, hard working, true to history designing to make sure in the end, you enjoy every single mile and when you aren't driving it, you are standing at the window staring at it. That is what soul does. Congratulations, you're a wizard. Big praise to your team.
77 had the best factory interior, it was the first year of the full door panels, the last year with the textured grain instrument cluster. Good looking truck
Really cool truck. I daydream to do that with a 77 Ford Crew cab long bed on a F-350 4wd chassis with a 7.3 diesel. Body would look factory with steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps. The interior seating and console would be King Ranch components. Digital dash and aftermarket stereo. Back up cameras. Power windows. All the bells and whistles.
This is an awesome build. I've been subscribed and have been watching the videos of your builds for a while now and you guys never disappoint. On your comment about the 6ft or 8ft bed: I personally think that 6ft beds look best on crew cabs and 8ft beds for lifted single cabs. IMO 'Big Iron' is a 10/10.
cheat code for a modern bench seat is to use a 2nd row from a modern tuck/suv. i used 2010 tahoe 2nd row in my squarebody. paid $250 for a leather one with flip down armrest
This is what so many of us have always wanted, but unfortunately can’t obtain. I think it’s perfect. From the 37s to the IFS, it’s THE truck to have and that’s one lucky customer. Great job guys.
I don’t know how im not subscribed. I guess I will be now. I’ve been watching for a while and I just fell in love with the legend series. I would love to see a ford like a bronco or a bullnose/obs f150/250 maybe even something older like a dent side. I know there is one guy out there putting dent sides on raptor frames.
Owning a 2020 crew cab Duramax myself, it looks like you guys put a LOT more time and effort engineering the suspension on this build than GM did on mine. Mine rides like it has no suspension at all. 😅
This is badass all day!! I would drive that everyday! I instantly thought of a K-5 Blazer/Jimmy with that frame and suspension and a Duramax I would buy it 100%!! Maybe I'll buy one and have you guys build it for me!! And it would also be coming back to Ohio!! Excellent job the Roadster Shop did on this truck just wow!!
I have two sons and they are just like your son, they are quiet but very honest which I really appreciate! LOL Very cool to see you hang with your son,it's something he may not appreciate now,but he will! This truck is by far my favorite build,it's better than a new truck in my opinion. Thanks for taking time making these videos,my sons and I love your channel!
Love the video until I realized it was you. I was like dammit it’s not an old CLASSIC truck. It’s this guy that puts the old CLASSIC truck on top of the new CLASSIC GM super body that I can’t afford so turn around because it sounds negative so far hats off, sir. You did an excellent job on this truck. I really love the interior. I love that you left the dash original my truck that I had was a 78 3+3 with a 8 foot bed K 30 and I had it for a number of years. Had to get rid of it due to my wife needing cancer treatment and I couldn’t afford that and insurance on a truck. I was just sitting in front of the house that she could no longer driveso it’s nice to see an old one on the road again just very cool stuff you do I just said not in a tax bracket to afford that stuff. I drive the old stuff or buy the brand new stuff anyway great job love it.
That truck is awesome.....8 ft bed would have made it look better proportionally, IMO. Still one hell of a BA truck, i would drive it every day over a new Denali.
I don't know if you guys will get this or not.I just come across as video man. What an awesome truck man.I wish I had the money, to do something.Like that I'm a die hard Chevy fan.And for over thirty years That's all i've had Was Chevrolet trucks mando I love them But what you guys Was take it to the moon that bad boy is awesome I would be proud on that truck Good job guys
How much is this $400.000 Truck? Jeremy...Extrem cooler und sympathischer Chef und Papa am Steuer!!! Wie immer, Geile Vorstellung !!!!!!! Macht immer riesen spaß anzuschauen!!!
Hey Buddy, you built my Dream Truck! Except I thought of powering mine with a 5.9 Cummins, with an eight speed automatic transmission. Good Work! I love it!!! 👍👍👍👍
I did my 86 with a 12 valve and it get so much attention. Dear Lord it’s loud inside. Definitely like the simplicity and reliability of the 12 valve though!
Sure these builds cost a lot, but man... The "cool" factor is worth every penny. The interior, the engineering, the ride, the vintage classy look... all worth it.
The engineering you guys do is amazing. Finished products always come out amazing. Hope one day to be in a position to have one of your chassis under one of my builds.
I'd rather have this than any new truck out today. Beautiful build!
I watched this video at work 15 mins after it was posted, then saw this bad boy on a trailer driving down 83 at 4:30 pm!!
I I have a photo of it in a trailer in Cookeville TN 9/18/24 on hwy 111 @ 4:18 pm
One of the best trucks I ever seen on YT.
🤡
I’m in my 50’s. Owned/built a few magazine rigs in my time. I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve used the word perfect to describe a build. But it really is.
We’re so fortunate in this life to get to the point where we look to our kids for affirmation. 🤙
This truck is phenomenal. Awesome job. I say you knocked it out of the park.
I am a first gen Powerstroke loyalist (7.3) and a blue oval die hard and I gotta say, this truck is awesome.
Wow. You guys are just the best in the business with updating these old trucks.
I’m a Ford and/or Mopar guy.
Not GM. Not square body.
I LOVE this truck!
Absolute, top-level build.
It blows my mind how small and clean that LML looks in the engine bay of a square body. I have a 2016 2500 and it's frigging PACKED in my truck
Amazed me too .
The LBZ seems to FILL the Engine Bay in my 06
Awesome build and so practical as yes I’d prefer this over a new truck any day… great job RS👌
That soft spoken boy is the one flying through the air on a dirt bike? Wow!!! That shortened bed looks awesome.
That thing is flat out Old School Bad ass... I need one!!!!!
Really appreciate the kind words and thanks for watching!
Top 2 videos in my opinion include your son. It somehow “normalizes” your builds and conveys that you can and should drive them.
Awesome.
You've done a great job on this classic car, adding the most important things in modern cars like a rear camera, sensors, Bluetooth and comfortable seats while maintaining the classic simplicity 💯💯🫡

Best built, best looking truck ever!
Absolutely LOVE this truck..such a beautiful, modern/nostalgic C20
That's definitely some amazing fabrication skills I've seen in awhile, congratulations on a job well done. My hat is off to you ! Just a beautiful truck ! 😁
Always been a fan of this body style. Absolutely amazing build!
Brother, this truck has got so nice. Vintage blue color to. Congratulations!!!!! Superb!!!! I'm a Brazilian man from Bristol - England
Love the truck as a whole! The interior is awesome! Always thought I would have a nice old or nice old new truck again. Another awesome build by the Roadster shop.
Wish I could have done this to my old 91 2500 Suburban, gone but not forgotten. I love this build, Great Job!
That is so rad! My tag would be the name of this video, “BIG IRON”!!
I absolutely love this build and all the great engineering behind it
That is a gorgeous truck.
I absolutely 💯% would love to own this truck! If money wasn’t an option that is.. 😅
Amazing build. The hub cap is one of my favorite parts.
Bad ass truck. Square body for life!
My dream truck i saw a 65 chevy crew cab short box in Wyoming 10 years ago with a Cummins so nice
You are a cool dad! Awesome job, and thank you for sharing your truck!
Badass truck! And the video quality is amazing. Your team is crushing the content! And congrats on a 100K subs 🎉
this is a work of art
Your fine truck makes me miss my old '78 K10 farm truck!
The interior of this truck looks really good. The seats almost look like my dad’s 1970 chevelle seats if he put them in his 70’s step side truck. Also, I like all the upgrades, such as the parking sensors and the backup camera, especially when backing up to a trailer.
Your son is awesome. What an amazing vehicle. Kudos.
Very cool truck👌🏻 best work if ever seen!truck is just the right proportion..man what a truck!!
I love the fact that you have your son in the video. It would be cool to see you. Have your son in videos doing different types of work in the future! #NextGenerationThisIsComingFromSomeoneWhoWorksWithKidsInSchool.
Love it, minus the ifs. Badass build.

Another next level build. Outstanding!
Damn love this truck! If I had money you guys would build all my trucks!!
77 had the best factory interior, it was the first year of the full door panels, the last year with the textured grain instrument cluster. Good looking truck
Great build, very nice job
The video is very good too
Thanks for sharing
I really love that they kept the patina and did not make the body perfect and shiny
That's a very well put together truck!!
Yet another perfect build rolling out of RS!! Unreal guys!! Continuing to raise the bar with every build 🔥👏
This video rivals Brent’s Chevelle video. An absolutely awesome truck Jeremy and your Roadster Shop team 🇺🇸
Really cool truck. I daydream to do that with a 77 Ford Crew cab long bed on a F-350 4wd chassis with a 7.3 diesel. Body would look factory with steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps. Super nice! I would prefer 35” tire if it were mine but it still looks amazing! Great job

The Best Built Truck ever built!
Great marketing! Wyatt approved, makes you 75% cooler just being in this truck!
This is what so many of us have always wanted, but unfortunately can’t obtain. I think it’s perfect. From the 37s to the IFS, it’s THE truck to have and that’s one lucky customer. Great job guys.
I wouldn’t change a thing!!!! It’s perfect!!
Badass truck!
That would be a dream some day for my 1996 Chevy 3500 crew cab long bed.
A real piece of art
Wow , that is one of the nicest builds i have seen in a while. Great job.
I absolutely love this build
People want and need this . All these need trucks look the same . GM needs to put this back into production .

a brand new old truck amazing
This does look well made I like it.
