Nothing like a person who gives his honest opinion 👍🏾
SL, gotta have that 360 camera long term, just nice to have
I was actually looking at the SV, but in the end decided to get the SL. Sure, it's a couple thousand dollars more, but it adds up some nice features to it
Some things are a want & not a need! I love the Platinum model!
I have to agree... I have the SV AWD but there are things on SL I like that you cant get on the SV even with the premium package.
In Canada the S still has the 2.5L engine. It’s a good option for those who are concerned about the reliability of the turbo.
No its not. The 2.5L has the last generation CVT. The 1.5T has more effortless power, better highway fuel economy, and the new CVT-X transmission that is totally redesigned to fix the reliability issues. Consumer Reports gave the prior 2.5L variant a "below average" reliability rating whereas the 1.5T model for 2023 they rate as "above average" reliability rating, second highest in score only to the Subaru Forester. Avoid the 2.5L, but if in the US getting the S is fine, it has the best wheels IMO of any trim.
@@BoopSnoot But now people are reporting about a gasoline leak with the turbo with fumes entering the cabin. Nissan is doing an engineering review.. no fix yet.
@@level7041 Be honest though, total NHTSA complaints are for 8 vehicles so far, and they make tens of thousands worldwide. There may be a recall for a seal or something on vehicles made in a certain week or what not, its not like everyone is encountering the issue.
@BoopSnoot it's a rare issue happening on rogues I don't believe it will even get a recall, and even if we get a recall a seal on the gas tank is nothing major.
@@stevev1008 Do you own a Rogue?
I bought the ‘23 SV AWD Premium and love it. Drive it up a long steep incline, and then tell me it doesn’t have power in the turbo. Hmph. Hybrids tend to take features, not always the best ones, from multiple platforms and try to force them to be compatible. Haven’t seen success there yet - would not recommend hybrid. This is my 3rd Rogue (2 for the kids) following our first Nissan which was an ‘87 Maxima. Bought this one without any hesitation.
A little asking for you, the rent model of Rogue also has a 1.5 turbo engine? Congrats for your video!
Can you get the bose system in the sv version or only on the sl?
So anyone has issues with CVT?
SL used
Turbo and a VC piston, what can go wrong....EVERYTHING
where are these prices? Everywhere I look these cars are in the $40k+ range (SL and platinum)
you can see base msrp on websites without any add ons.
The vehicle looks stylish and interior is nice. The only issue is a super tiny 3 cylinder engine powers this vehicle, along with a problematic turbo and of course their 'world famous' (wink) cvt's !
If the vehicle came with a 2.5 naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine with a Hybrid assist(like Toyota)...it would be a game changer, but alas it it unfortunately what it is currently....as far a reliability after 3+ years ?, its anybody's guess.
I wish I would have seen your comment sooner.
I just bought a Rogue
A 1.5L 4cyl is same size, just more cylinders that are smaller than ones in 3cyl

Есть может быть максимальный ресурс у 2,5л 181л.с., что скажете?
Или обзоры этих двигателей с большим пробегом?
Dont listen to these haters... these new engines are built for turbo wear and tear unlike previous gens where they just slapped a turbo on am existing engine that was not built for longterm forced induction. Also the recently added a 2nd oil cooler to the cvt. Stay on top of scheduled maintenance and this rogue is going to last you a ling time. @@IAMYOU-.
I prefer SL over SV for many reasons.
Consumers give this vehicle very poor rating on Edmunds. 3.4 out of 5 stars.
CVT no good!
My DONT BUY IT
(BAD) CANT BE FIXED
I love mine and I got everything....so why not? We are talking 20 or 30 dollars a month so let's do this!
