    Thank you, it was comprehensive, informative but not too detailed. You are a balance seeker, just like the human body :) Excellent recap for people like me, who hasn't been to a biology lesson for fifteen years. Looking forward to more, I'll check out your other videos! Some chemistry crash course could come in handy :)

    Great video overall. There was one error I noticed: you can find complete proteins in plants as well, like in soybeans or hempseeds. Or you could just eat rice and beans to get complete proteins.
    Also worth mentioning: it's the ratio of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats we get that is important for health (optimal being 1 : 3.5). Both of them lock to same receptors and when there's too much of one, there's no left for the other type.

    • @jacobhibbard8038
      @jacobhibbard8038 5 років тому

      Both of you are incorrect, it is a complete myth that plants are incomplete sources of proteins. The truth is every sing plant even a blade of grass contains all 9 essential amino acids acids.

    You forgot air/oxygen, if you don't breath for 5-10 min you die. Most important is to know how to breath and how to regulate your breathing in different situations.

    Damn 75k people now think carbohydrates are essential. Glucose is essential, and you can get that from fat/protein. Carbs are not essential. You can live your entire life without consuming carbs. Not saying you should not eat carbs. But saying it's essential is just wrong and gives the wrong impression on how our body works, also contradicts science.

    Do it right man. At 7:20 you say that it is omega 6 that contains meat. Don't try to educate others if you're not educated yourself.

    • @idly1211
      @idly1211 2 роки тому +1

      Omega 6 is absorbed through the body, mainly through eating meat. It is also found in foods including seeds, sunflower oil, corn, soybeans and a few others. Technically, he was right, so I don't see your point :/
