Whew boy! I lumped this together with the Bi/Tri workout from Day 28 of the 31 Days Challenge and I'm spent! Great workout and loving the new setup and camera angles. Appreciate all you guys do and can't wait to see what's next!
Love this workout. Recently bough dumbbells for the first time and I don’t know how to use them that well. Thank you very much, wasn’t able to do every exercise fully, but I’m sure it won’t be long before I will. Thank you!
Are scapular retractors the same as scapular rows? I've never done side lat pullovers b4! Did 2 sets because it feels great to work a new part of muscle!
Beast Mode! I cursed @ you multiple times! But I like. I skipped the second to the last one exercise because I knew I wouldn’t have the energy for those because I had already done 200 pushups and 4 sets of pull ups
My arm gave way during the side lat pull over and I've damaged my muscle from it twisting weirdly. Likely because my weight was too heavy for that exercise, so be careful with that one!
