@@Adamk24 I would make an easily farmable in normal runeword armor that all classes could benefit from, like how Stealth is used currently. But that is just me. They could make it a classless skill like town portal is, but runewords seem more in spirit with the game.
This is so incredibly true. The ladder meta won’t significantly change (at least in the early/mid game) until this is addressed, if ever. D2R devs seem to be taking a “buffs rather than nerfs” approach to balance to keep the community happy. If that approach is to be held with teleport, that means leaving the sorceress and teleport as is but making it easier to get for other classes than Enigma. The ways you do this, in my mind, are either making teleport rings/ammies way less expensive to repair, or create a new rune word that eats up an item slot (probably armor) that just grants teleport and little else in the way of stats. Let Enigma be the “end game powerful stats AND teleport” item, and let the new weak stats AND teleport runeword item be the bridge for other classes to get to Enigma. As it stands now, all other non-sorceress classes are at a MASSIVE efficiency disadvantage in terms of run clear speeds simply because the sorceress can teleport to packs way faster. I did some spreadsheet recording with some friends and we found having teleport made any run 5-10X faster in terms of clear speed. And before anyone hits with “just play wut u wanna play br0” remember you are offering a platitude, not an argument around game balance. Of course I can roll whatever I want and play whatever I want. If the goal is to even marginally keep up with a ladder’s item economy in terms of wealth though, then you need farming efficiency, and that means teleport is required until things change.
And 95% of the stuff that is considered worthless right now like sets, mid level unique and average runes will be worth something. No need to farm the cow Level endlessly to find a super high rune that is worth something.
In Game of Thrones I remember someone saying: "Chaos is a ladder" ... "Only the ladder is real". I applied that to D2 Ladder and I thought if fit perfectly.

Reaction times increased for Ladder Nightmare and Hell games. Basically every monster acts like a super unique." ... Wait whaaaaaaat?
How does your shared ladder stash behave when they are pushed down at the end of the season? I have stuff in both ladder and non-ladder which I’d like to keep. Will they merge, expand or be overridden or what happens?
Definitely fun getting a fresh start with everyone racing through Normal. Makes getting a big 8 man server really easy. Also fun in every game to kill Meph because your items stuck so bad. Or NM to run tower. Or Hell mode to run tower for keys early on and Runes. Easier Exp low death risk. I thought it was funny how hard people were trying to get Anni despite that none of their stuff was going to be available in ladder mode. Still a great thing to get though. I think the biggest thing is the rune words and crafting those so you have them when Ladder ends. I generally try to create a Sorc and 1 new character that can come out of ladder mode unique to my non ladder chars
They said that after the ladder ends, you will have both stash sets. There will be some weeks, I remember over a month, to remove those items and incorporate them into your existing stash space. After that time, they will disappear. Also nothing can go into the ladder stash spots, items can only be removed.
So its just basically making a new character, capable of making new rune words, then rinse and repeat? How about increased drops for uniques? Is there shared inventory still?

the question most new players arent sure about is what if you have 5 ladder characters and 17 non ladder characters. what happens to two of the ladder characters and how does it prioritize which characters it moves over?
The ladder characters go to a "post season" which is seperate from non ladder characters. After the season ends it's essentially an economy reset as your non ladder characters can't interact with your post season ladder characters
Ladder is easy to explain in a few sentences. "The opportunity to start a fresh set of characters to race to get better gear and Lv99 for a limited time. When the time limit is over they move into your existing pool of characters and loot. Then you rinse and repeat with a new fresh set of characters to race. And so on and so on each time a new opportunity comes around. Each such opportunity is called a ladder season"

As many as you want...there will be list of the things after season that are on shared stash and you can drop them to your non-ladder character...you will have to choose what is worth and what not...but basically you can also create bunch of non ladder characters and put it into personal slot :D
hey I need an answer! Must I make a new hero now? Please tell me!
Can you make Infinity rune word in non ladder by adding the gems to the sockets? I am too dumb too find a reliable source
When things move to non ladder will move to single player as well?
Diablo 2 ladder is basically mr.Llamasc playground
What about shared stash? what if you dont have enough room when the ladder ends?
Are all of the new runewords ladder or just some of them
question; ladder monster hp and dmg is 100% instead of 85% nonladder or aktuell d2r game mode? thx for info
Is 4 months confirmed?
Bots will win the ladder
Is there downtime between when Ladder 1 ends and Ladder 2 starts or is it instant?
Usually its like 5 days to a week break between ladders
Hey Mr Llama! I Made an insane new build for the paladin. That no one ever tried, and its awesome!(and budget)
How could i get in touch with you, and send you my ideA? Im sure you could help maximise the build with some details. I really think its a game changer for ladder run. No joke..
How about you just post the skill points and gear needed for your build? Mr. Llama can't patent your build, so just share your it and maybe he'll see it and credit you if it's good. To expect him to take some random youtuber's word that you got some unknown amazing build, and then send you personal information so you can contact him is like me contacting Apple and asking to speak to the CEO directly because I have a great idea. Good luck.
@@zaug1561 yeah ... i did my best not to make it sound like you pictured it. English is not my first language, and i wasnt sure if it my approach was gonna sound that lame lol
i actually have no bound with any d2 Community, i just have absolutly no clue of where or how to propose new builds.
i just went for the only place i knew.
its not about patent or Credits, i just tought he could try it, and talk about it if he feels like it, since he does make money out of talking about d2, and i dont.
So why not let the pros do the job? i am not good at al this, but he his
@@zaug1561 i honeslty cant find a way to send messages on youtube ... or maybe theres not even a message section lol
but heres the thing, that build is hella good.
Just do the math, ,and find out what Paladin build / gear combination opened up with 2.4, that no ones seems to have figured out yet.
and by the way, instead of acting like an kid's ass , you could point me out to a direction to expose the build properly. Most of the d2 community are kinda old, and didnt follow the internet trends. i have no clue how blogs & thots & tubes works.
i just play d2, watch Llama, and close the cpu. thats it.
@@benoitperreault1692 Just post your build on a video that's just got out and let it's merit speak for itself. People will comment with feedback and if you're lucky, Mr. Llama might reply if it sounds legit. That's about as close to a personal reply you'll get. Dude is UA-cam semi-famous and doesn't have the time to chance on a random UA-camr comment claiming to have a hidden build that for some reason nobody else knows about.
ladder is just a pay to win race, watch out for rmt & jsp ppl w/ max out gear in less than 1 week.
So is there a perk to playing ladder in classic mode as there’s no runes in classic mode?
Compared to say 2006 in regular Diablo ii does this have as many people online?
I have question I play on console did I have separate ladder from PC or its ladder based on Realm? (Otherwise i can't imagine people jump to pc get 8man ballruns progression and came back to console with 95+ lvl)
Ahh yes a fresh start with an even playing field for everyone! Except the people with 100,000 forum gold, there still miles ahead of everyone because they'll buy anything the people can find that they want
Cry more
I would like to see Ladder with no Enigma and no Infinity 😂 this would be nice challenge
will stash space increase after ladder?
“They’re all gonna create their level 1 -Character-….” You mean level 1 Sorceress.
i wish arreat summit got updated
Pattern Runword isnt in the "non-lader". Just tried to build it today and it did nothing >_>.
