I haven’t finished the video yet so you might’ve mentioned it but I feel like you won’t because you mentioned performance already so I’ll just ask is the game clear? Does it look like red matter 2 sharpness or more like resident evil, hellsweeper…? Blurriness is a big thing for me and most games have come out terrible lol does it seem like it’s using dynamic foviated rendering and/or reprojection?
That's the biggest issues for me. Almost all big games use reprojection. It makes games even more blurry. Saint and sinner's 2 works 90fps so it looks sharper. Bought Quest 3 and it feels like technology leap over psvr2. Everything is very sharp and clean
@@DuckAlertBeatsUnfortunately yes. Quest 3 is obviously less powerful but when you play some real Quest 3 games or watch even 4k UA-cam video you will have hard time going back to playstation games. Quest 3 is very sharp. Almost like 4k TV.
Can you jump in this game? I was expecting some charged jump or something. The artwork for the game is a jumping vampire from behind. I know it sound silly but it’s kind of a deal breaker for me, I wanted to be jumping rooftop to rooftop in vr
I'm just gonna go ahead and read between the lines that this won't be a very expansive or long game, it'll be a very linear experience, and youtubers aren't very useful for games criticism
I’ve just played over an hour on psvr 2. The resolution is very good and the lighting is fantastic. The performance is really smooth, it’s fun and a real challenge
@@DuckAlertBeats Absolutely. People keep saying it takes a lot of money to get a good experience but it doesn't, it just takes developers who actually care about what they're making
It looks super dishonored-y to me and that has me pretty excited
It plays a lot like that, and it's good.
1:01 that's a very good point. No other reviewer mentioned that issue and it makes the game look really bad.
Good review. The day 1 patch has improved on a few things.
Great review
Will get this game only if they upgrade it from a Quest port to a real enhanced PS5VR version.

it looks similar to saints and sinners 2 for me, so fairly clear! although the textures are a little low-res due to it being a quest port
@@Jammyhero oh okay that’s perfect then wow that’s a great surprise saints and sinners looks great

I'm so disappointed in my PSVR2

Is it linear or open, tho? You never really answer what should be the most obvious question.

it’s a linear game that lasts around 10
hours on average
Sony needs to throw some money down to support psvr2 graphics or we are doomed...they aint putting out games so at least get other ppls looking better

Man this looks horrible, maybe I'm just not into VR games any more :(
Go boot up the VR mod for Morrowind. It'll change your tune. Unless you don't have a computer, in which case, how do you do your taxes?
@@JBBost I don't have a capable pc unfortunately :(
@@DuckAlertBeats That should be what you put your money towards. I spent $1200 on mine but you can honestly build a decent rig for 800 right now
@@JBBost Man if you knew my troubled past with pc gaming, you would think again before suggesting that :)
@@DuckAlertBeats lol, it's a learning process that was a lot worse in the past, that's for sure!
Only 2 gender options? Brave developers 😅
You mean based
Don't start them off. Smh. I'm tired of playing make believe with these deluded souls.
maybe because in a sane world there are only 2?

I’m seeing a lot of good vids on this game right now but the npc’s look like they have zero intelligence, like a bunch of cows.
I don't get it either. It looks absolutely terrible. I guarantee if this was a proper flat screen game, nobody would give it a second look

No. its not. Many things in this game disappointed me.
