I have tried the recipe. It was AMAZING ! Thank you so much, the cookies were so chewy, delicious and I litterally found them better than the normal ones. My family didn't believe that they were made with chickpeas flour. Thank youuuu
This recipe is amazing 🤩 I reduced the amount of sugar to 1/3 cup & added 1 tablespoon of date molasses. also added a teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper to break the sweetness of the cookies.. Worth a try ... so yammmmi😋
I had no idea that you could make chocolate chip cookies with chickpea flour. I'm glad that I found this video. The cookies look delicious and the tone in your voice is very soothing. You did a great job putting this together.
The voice and piano worked in a hypnotic duality that lulled me deep into the video. The only thing that pulled me back into reality was how great those cookies looked.
I made these cookies for the second time using white chocolate chips and Iove these cookies. I reduce my sugar to 1/4 cup however. these cookies taste like food and leave me feeling guilt free. I love cookies so much and this is by far the best way for me to continue to eat them. Thank you so much
I just made them!!! I used xylitol to sub sugar and it takes 1/2 or less of it otherwise it’s too sweet. I also used vegan butter and they were super soft and chewy! Thank you! New subscriber here!!❤
You don’t need to make a flower out of it, you can just blend the chickpeas. Another thing you can do is air fry them. I highly recommend making a big flat chickpea cookie/oat flour cookie and you can add soy protein powder to round out the protein profile.
Hello there 🙋🏻♀️ It's my first time here and I love, LOVE, not only your recipe but your video. So well explained and with such a divine ambience to enjoy your baking time 👩🍳 Do you think I could also add oats to this recipe? 😇 I love oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and I really love your recipe 😋 Thank you so much for sharing your great recipe and many blessings from the Universe 🙌🌈🌞💕🌻
Yes you can! I would use 3/4 cup of chick pea flour and 1/4 cup of oats instead of the 1 cup of cp flour. Please let me know how it works out. Sure there are others who would like to try it! Thank you for your comment☺️
Hmm... Could be the Erythritol. Have you tried using a bit less? Also could be the altitude. Thank you for your question I hope this helps. If anyone else has had this situation and solved it please chime in.
Because honey is sweeter than sugar, the rule of thumb is 3/4 cup honey for every cup of sugar. Since this recipe calls for 3/4 cup of sugar I would try 1/4 to 1/2 of cup. Depending on the sweetness desired. Remember honey is a liquid and can alter the texture of the recipe. If you do substitute please let me know the results so it can help others. Thank you for your question😊
Yes I believe the banana gave them a different texture. If trying to avoid sugar try a sugar substitute instead. Thank you for trying the recipe and you comment ☺️
Yes, you can use egg substitute or 2 tablespoons of water. I have also heard of adding applesauce, but I have not tried that yet. Thank you for your question.

How does it taste like? Crispy ?
Hi the edges are crispy and it is a little softer in the middle. Just like a regular cookie. Thank you
hi, thank you for the recipe. I have made the recipe twice but mine were not chewy. they we very soft. I used Erythritol. Any idea why?
Hmm... Could be the Erythritol. Have you tried using a bit less? Also could be the altitude. Thank you for your question I hope this helps. If anyone else has had this situation and solved it please chime in.
Healthy cookies
Yes, delicious too! Thank you for your comment.
I prefer salt food than sweet but none good sweet thing is also good to taste.😊
😍😍Can i use sweetener instead of sugar?
Yes!😉
You have a new suscriber 😊
Thank you!😊
Do you have any recommendations for a dairy free egg replacer?
Apple sauce is a good one! There’s also dairy free powdered egg replacer by bobs red mills :)
@@siiuuhhYou could also use flax egg substitute - 1 Tbsp flax meal mixed with 3 Tbsp of water & set a side for a few minutes to thicken.
My name is melody too
Can i use canned chick pea?, I do not have chick pea flour. I could blend in blender? for this recipe?
Hello, you can blend dried chickpeas to make the flour. You should not use wet canned chickpeas. Thank you hope this helps..😊
Its a great music but a little too loud. Thanks for sharing...🌺
Thank you!
Im not celiac, can i combine chickpea flour with wheat flour???
Yes you can. 😊 It may change the texture slightly but will still be delicious!
One thing how come it looks like more than 1 c. of chickpea flour ?
Can we use pure honey and how much do we use

I just made these but letted out the sugar and used a banana instead. They came out bready.
Is it cuz of the banana?
Yes I believe the banana gave them a different texture. If trying to avoid sugar try a sugar substitute instead. Thank you for trying the recipe and you comment ☺️
Is it needed to add boiling water on the flour to remove chickpea taste?
They were made without adding boiling water and could not taste the chickpea. Thank you!
Have you tried these with an egg substitute? We have egg allergies and my toddler insisted I make your cookies. Lol
Yes, you can use egg substitute or 2 tablespoons of water. I have also heard of adding applesauce, but I have not tried that yet. Thank you for your question.
It works great if you use the water that chickpeas were soaked in as an egg substitute. Or the water the water the chickpeas were cooked in.
Tablespoon grounded flex seed in 1/4 cup of water is perfect as egg substitute . It gives the same binding .
@@walaa8003 Thank you for your contribution😊
how many gram chickpea flour?
Hello Neda, 1 cup is equal to 128 grams. Thank you for your comment.

Not diabetic friendly if your not using a sugar substitute
Thank you for your comment. The recipe is low carb not sugar free. You can choose your favorite sugar free substitute if needed.
Music TOO LOUD ❣️
VERY DIFFICULT to hear your sweet voice
Thank you, written recipe on bakeandcookwithpassion.com

Thank you for your comment..😊
Please turn down or turn off the music next time.
