      Can it be done for hyperthyroid as well? I find it really soothing how you mention that our gland is working for us and not against us ❤❤

    Thank you so much. I’ve been so overwhelmed with thyroid issues in and out of hospital because how long California coverage takes to have appointment. I’ve needed this and can’t tell you how great I am for this video. I never thought yoga would have such great affect on such a serious disease but I realize that was my ignorance. Can’t do all the poses but my neck pain and afib are gone. ❤

      Healthcare here is atrocious and they don't pay any special care to you. It's great that you're taking care of yourself in other ways

    Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. Would you consider releasing it another version without the music? I need quiet when I practice so I can go into a meditative state and stay fully connected with my body. Your calming voice and guidance is perfect.

    Thank you so much.. I've been so low energy and fatigued, but that sequence made me feel so much better. You are so calming and gentle, I wish I can find the energy to do your yoga each day 🙏💕🌱🍃🌿

    How to make my body more flexible? I can't do some styles
