I started my loc journey almost a month ago, after battling double stage IIIA Adenocarcinoma.. I'm in the funny looking stage, however I'm here for it..😊
Hardest thing with doing em yourself is making em as perfect and even as yours. Crazy. You did the impossible. You did do it yourself right, I wanna make sure I heard right.
My sister started them for me but I’ve been doing my own restwist and style by myself . But I do believe if my hair was longer I would’ve been able to start them myself .
The shrinkage!!!!!! Thank God you talked about that. I am in that stage 90 days in and it is rough. You are absolutely gorgeous. Glad I found your channel. 💕😍😍😍
Quick question; how long does the budding stage last ? Also , can you still do styles with the budding ? i'm 3 months and the back of my hair is already budding before the 3 months hit
Heyyy ! It’s really hard to answer that question because everyone hair is different and goes through the stages at different times and rates. I would say it all depends on your hair type . And you can still try to do some hairstyles with it and see how they turn out .
Keepin’ Up With Chyna Wow that's crazy i never thought about it . I'm just learning about the stages of locs should of done a lot of research before i loc my hair . But i never wore my hair out so idk how i'm gonna feel once all my hair starts budding .
Keepin’ Up With Chyna i didn't say i wouldn't like it . I said i don't know how i'm gonna feel letting my hair out once it starts budding since i can't style my locs once it's in the budding stage lol
My hair is so short but I'm so excited ...I cut ALL my hair back in August (7th). I've been natural for 6yrs but bald my head every 2 years because idk but when my hair is a certain length I want something new I guess plus it grows at a great speed for someone who's not a product junky. I'm putting in my twist after new years and I can't wait to see my hair transform Locs on women are so sexy to me especially when it's bob length like yours.
Lol it’s different for everyone and especially your hair type matters too. I started with close to nothing so I never really experienced the shrinkage phase.
I didn't realize you're studdering was a normal thing... I said it was cute under the last video for you I watched a few minutes ago because when I heard it I had a awww moment. I hope it didn't make you feel any type of way. It's just unique.
Am planning to start my loc journey but an so scared and confused. Wanna do it myself because I know how to do hair and asking a professional is just expensive for me.
Well the texture differs from person to person because everyone don’t have the same type of hair . And I have plenty of videos about the products I use on my hair. I actually don’t use that much products on my hair , I use water and oil to retwist most of the time . I use edge booster in my edges . As of shampoo and what I use to moisturize I have a lot of recent videos about those. Thank you so much for watching and subscribing 💕
I just got starters two days ago I’m definitely excited for the journey your such a inspiration I love your hair😍😍😍❣️

I have been loc’d for 5 and a have months. Me and my daughter both, my question for you is when is the shrinkage going to stop.
Lol it’s different for everyone and especially your hair type matters too. I started with close to nothing so I never really experienced the shrinkage phase.
Ahhh same!! I’m rewatching the walking dead I stopped I think at season 7. Are you new or rewatching it? Are you going to watch fear the walking dead?
