    In sha allah from today onwards i will started since morning already started....... I hv thyroid which so starting border like 4.6ths level....... I am 32 age i hv 3 kids my height is 5'6 weight is 45 😢 not increasing .... According to my height... Weight is much less.... Thank for video uploading all are suggestion is there meal excersice etc

    Ghee
    Paneer
    Banana
    Potato and sweet potato items
    Chickpeas ( black or white )
    Exercises must to gain muscle
    Any exercise or
    Pushups ( preferably
    Yoga
    Kapalbhati
    Anulom vilom pranayama.
    15 to 20 minutes each pranayama to be performed.
    On empty stomach Evening or Morning
    Pruthvi mudra.
    Sound sleep
    7 to 8 hours
    No mental tension in order to gain weight.
