In sha allah from today onwards i will started since morning already started....... I hv thyroid which so starting border like 4.6ths level....... I am 32 age i hv 3 kids my height is 5'6 weight is 45 😢 not increasing .... According to my height... Weight is much less.... Thank for video uploading all are suggestion is there meal excersice etc
