Used the Artisan last year & am going to use Ultimate Platform with angle from Easter Woods Outdoor this year. Artisan was actually noisy. Couldn’t get it to not squeak. Will consider the Wingman for son’s setup. Thx
Just curious, what sticks did you have the artisan on last year. I hunted from it on the muddy pros, API’s and then the beast sticks and it did loosen up from time to time but never squeaked.
@@BowhunterChroniclesPodcast I was using them atop Lone Wolf. My wet boots would also squeak on the platform so I wrapped & zip-tied a wool neck gaiter around it to solve that.
Interesting. I know after a while with mine the grip and powder coat started to flake off but I didn’t have much other issues. Good thing to think about in the future though. Thanks
I think that is a matter of personal setup - ie saddle and footwear. Personally I have done multiple all day sits in the Artisan Outdoor Fab platform so to me this platform is huge and would have zero issue for all day sits. Others will have a different opinion. I am running lacrosse aerohunter boots.
Did you find a way to efficiently stack the Wingman with the sticks like you were thinking to make everything more compact?
The wingman is my favorite platform

I have been going back and forth lately with a traditional platform and the wingman. The wingman for ease of setup has been winning out lately
