Thank you for your Art!
That part at 1:20 is so fucking good, it's like funky bass trance
I was just noticing that, Charles knows his bass better than I know my own ass. This guy can really play. I wonder if he writes all his own shit, but no matter where he gets it from I have a really hard time imagining that there's anyone else out there who's sheer ability to play matches his, or even comes close.
I Flea ever retires he could be the next bassist for the Chili Peppers, and I doubt it would even be the least bit difficult for him :)

Without question the best bass player of all time.
It's either unbelievably motivating or it makes you want to throw all your instruments away.
How about Davie504?
@@Jae336 I still think Charles is better than Davie but we all have our own opinions of course and that's good
Davie technically is very far away from charles....but very very very far..he s a good influencer and his videos were funny..but charles is a musician
spotify please
My head just had a bass-gasm I think.
Lots of psytrance sounds like this but that just comes out of a synth. This feels so pure.
Charles, what is that "one" lick that you have to keep yourself from doing? I know when I'm playing my guitar, I always catch myself doing familiar licks unintentionally as they have become natural to do.
Good question!
Perfect bass for the next Halloween collab? 😎
This is sick man keep up the good work, Jesus loves you.
Aside from that gorgeous bass guitar…. This was, again, a terrific bass solo. You keep coming up with the most elaborate intricate solo’s. It’s amazing! Thnx Charles!
love the way you play. I would much rather listen to you play the bass than anyone playing the guitar. Thanks for all the great music.
