So not an excuse but part of reason why i ballooned so high before i could get it under control. Hard to exercise when you can barely move. Also changed eating habits from eating once a day to 5 to 6 mini meals, ( weirdly i can be full after 3 bites because i eat as slowly as I can) controled calories, high protien, low sodium and sugar(switched to dehydrated powdered honey instead of sugar and sugar substitutes), now i have great medical care too along healthy eating habits and physical therapy and pool exercise. So losing weight is now daily priority along with being healthier. I need hip replcement once I drop below 300lbs, my son in law has built me a specialized quad bicycle. I was using it until i blew my hip out for exercise. It has foot pumps instead of pedals and bike is high off the ground with bucket seat from old car and stering wheel instead of bike handles and hand break. The pumping is easier on me than pedaling. Its more like walking up steps instead of a round motion of pedaling.

Also changed eating habits from eating once a day to 5 to 6 mini meals, ( weirdly i can be full after 3 bites because i eat as slowly as I can) controled calories, high protien, low sodium and sugar(switched to dehydrated powdered honey instead of sugar and sugar substitutes), now i have great medical care too along healthy eating habits and physical therapy and pool exercise. So losing weight is now daily priority along with being healthier. I need hip replcement once I drop below 300lbs, my son in law has built me a specialized quad bicycle. I was using it until i blew my hip out for exercise. It has foot pumps instead of pedals and bike is high off the ground with bucket seat from old car and stering wheel instead of bike handles and hand break. The pumping is easier on me than pedaling. Its more like walking up steps instead of a round motion of pedaling.
