- Hey everyone,
Here is the Cliff Notes version of how the pellets are made so JSB. From the raw lead, the actual process, all the way to inspection and packaging. So now you know, and knowing is half the battle.

Very interesting video i always wondered how they were made, and i hope the women are payed well sorting through all those pellets insuring that we dont get damaged one's , I'm just wondering are they thinking about lead free pellets if we have a ban on lead pellets will it affect there out put????
Sorry to reply back so late. JSB makes lead free for Predator in the US market, the GTO pellets. They also market them in Europe under JSB. The only thing is, tin is very expensive. A tin of "tin" is almost 30.00 retail.

Or we may see our desired pellets get melted down into Military ammo with the way things are going, II they haven't already?

A 2 yr old video? I am surprised by how many damaged pellets come in a tin these days. I wash, clean and lightly oil my pellets and I’m finding an unacceptable number of JSB’s pellets to be sub standard. I wonder why? Obviously their Quality Control, isn’t what it should be.
They are working on better ways to help cushion the pellets. You have to realize, their pellets are almost pure lead. Also, where are you getting your JSB pellets from? Not everyone ships them to insure minimal damage. Plus, the shipper may not take great care in handling your pellets.

I've most likely shot 8000 pellets buy know 😳, 177 and 22cal.
