It cracks me up the amount of owners/chef's who seem to think that where you're from makes all the difference when it comes to cooking. So many are like,Gordon don't know cause he's British, I know about lasagne cause I'm Italian etc
What don't they understand about the fact that Gordon is a world class Michelin stared chef, where he's from doesn't matter
