Any reason why cashewnut is added before mustard seeds? Generally my understanding was that seeds especially need high heat and hence added first. Cashewnut doesn’t need high heat and in fact can taste bitter if browned too much. Curry leaves at the start would have added more flavor I think.
Sorry to disappoint you. that's not the way south Khara bath is done.. It looks like your own recipe of Khara bath.. Looks good, but this is not the way we prepare..
Madam, whatever you have shown is Upma. Not khara baath . There is a slight difference in the ingredients used. Please verify before making your video.
