Very good Paul to see it work.
I All ways connect first then start with the app.
But if it works your way that's good enough.
The adapter looks solid, but I guess it's a solid price..??

£590 to members of my FB group
I find the chargers take so long to get going, sometimes the adaptor times out and shuts down before the charge gets into it's stride.

Kings Langley is Hertfordshire, not Berkshire @ 1:29 :) It was sunny, though.

It all looks very complex, the charging infrastructure is almost as messed up as the battery situation. EVs could have succeeded, what we see is the result of a total lack of planning and engineering.

It is the price early adopters have to pay... A bit like the VHS / Betamax war... I luckily choose the right horse and went with a mini... Best decision in the last 5 years.

@@alexdubois6585 Were the 'early adopters' warned of this, or were they mis-sold?

Not that complex really. You only need a bit of common sense to work it out. Anyway, most EVs won't have this issue as CCS2 is now the industry standard in Europe by law.
