A hint on uneven braking: engage D, turn off traction control, press the service brake pedal to the floor for 30 seconds, then turn on traction control. Repeat for Eco mode.
@@NissanEVOwnersUK I'm new to Leaf ownership (just bought a 2011 ZE0) and found that procedure helped quite a bit. I think it will still take me some time to get used to the accelerator and brake responses, esp. in the different modes.
Seems like a fair buy Kenny. But as the Leaf uses a different charge plug to most other EV's, you'd be well advised to get the ZapMap app on your phone, as this will inform you which chargers have the Chademo charge connector you require... The nearest I've seen to the Leaf you mentioned was a 2016 Renault Zoe with 35k miles, for £4400....
@@andytunnicliffe7223 no, of course I don't mind. You go ahead, you probably won't want the EV owners group logo on the left, just the ascent of man image. Do you want me to send you the image and/or link to the Etsy seller I used?
Brilliant and comprehensive review mate.
👍
Thank you. Very kind of you to say so.
Great video! I’m picking up a 2016 tomorrow with 105,000km and 11/12 bars
@@YaImLethal 105,000 and 11 bars? That's almost new? 😆
There is a 10 year old Mk 1 Leaf with 180k miles on my local taxi rank.... Good review by the way!
Thank you,very informative ❤

I've read this before and tried it once. All it did was give me ABS warnings for the rest of the day.
@@NissanEVOwnersUK Oh dear, that's hardly ideal! The errors went away on their own?

Nice review. 👍
Great review thanks. I have the chance of buying a 2017 leaf with 28K one owner for £4000. Do you think its a good deal?
@@kennymac6376 sounds ok. Which trim level is it and how many battery health bars?
@@NissanEVOwnersUK Hi sorry for late reply. It has 11 bars and the model is a NISSAN LEAF HATCHBACK

@@NissanEVOwnersUK the car is a 2016 model with 47000 mile
@kennymac6376 that's not bad at all. It'll have a range of about 80 miles in the summer, bit less in the winter.

Where did you get the polo shirt?
I had it made by an Etsy shop. I have a hoodie too.
@@NissanEVOwnersUK Would you mind if I had a t shirt made with the same design?
