    🚴‍♀‍ If you are doing this on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and cannot go into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
    2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
    3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

    I like this warm up as a cool down when I’ve finished on the treadmill. It helps with tightness in the legs. It hurts but it’s good, thanks Kaleigh! You and Stella are the best. 😀

    This is such a great warm up before a strength exercise! If it isn't too much to ask, would you consider a new warm up video that is just a bit longer, like 15-20min? Thank you for your great work!!

    Did this one at the end of your newest 20 minute rolling hills class. Perfect way to keep moving and keep your heart rate up when you want just a little more.

    Did the 10 minute warm up followed by the 20 minute Hills to start the New Year off. Was planning to finish it with a gentle 10km run. However 3km in I missed a curb, turned my ankle, fell head over heals, and skinned my knees. Really embarrassing. Now have ice on my ankle and not looking like I'll run or spin for a while. Grrrrrrr! See you in a few days hopefully. 🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞

    At this point,for me, the warmup IS the workout..Having a real issue trying to maintain RPMs at or above 60.

    Here's my comment for today: Why do they add a Gelato commercial after your warm up? Seriously, I burnt calories to waste on pure cream and sugar? No! A big definite NO!....LOL. Ok...onward to a Butt Kicking 20 minute workout with my friend Kaleigh. See you again soon.

      @@kaleigh The Gelato commercial was afterwards, like a reward. LOL!!!! I am still laughing about it. "I'm like are you kidding me? No way Jose, I have to keep packing away big clothes, not keep them! Ha!" You are so much fun. Thank you again...please keep this going as I am thrilled to be one of your cycling trainees...or whatever you call us. Spinning with you is what I needed in my life. Over 18 years ago I was pregnant and so was my spin instructor, we would spin everyday...and both of us did spin up to our delivery. I mean the day of delivery. Spin in my opinion is the very best...at least for me. I once was an avid mountain biker. Maybe with your classes and my dedication, I can be again. Again...Big Hugs, and Big Thank you. Jonette

I always have trouble with my joints if I run, or do too much high impact cardio, but so cycling I can still turn up the heat with out the joint discomfort!!! Ahh!!! Yay!!
