    I've been a fan of your channel for years. Recently I've been in a really bad depression and haven't done much of anything (barely leaving the couch). Today I got up, walked over to my bike, and did this work out. I just finished and am in tears. You have such an impact, more than you even know. Thank you!

    Thank you.Kaleigh. Today was the first time I've been back on a bike my horrific bike accident in Australia 1/23/22 when I came down hard on a steel drain and severed the head of my left femur from my pelvis.

    GIRL !!! You pushed me super hard today. During the cool down you said some very powerful things about “Finding our way” I recently fought breast cancer and the combination of your words along with the lyrics to that song reminded me that I am a fighter, I’m coming back stronger and I am okay with finding my way 💜

      I did this one again. I've been off the spin cycle for a while, but I rented a beach bike last week and rode to the beach and back several times. Talk about Rolling Hills!

    this was so hard, I've made it to the end, took a few extra pauses, stretched legs, and pressed play again. I really hope to make it through it all without pauses... I use to give up so quickly, I really want this to work out this time. Thank you for your kindness of putting all of these workouts out there for free, being extra encouraging, extra fun, extra perfect ! Thank you so so much.

    I've owned a stationary bike for almost 2 years now and I've only used it to get base "miles" when I can't go out and ride mountain. Today I decided I didn't want to be bored, so I did 2 minutes of searching and found this workout... It's the best thing I've done all day, I love it.
    Will be looking at this and the rest of your channel for my daily workouts.

    I usually do your regular classes, and love them. I just had cataract surgery, and have been told to go easy on my workouts. Well, there was nothing easy about this class except the duration. I had to hold back so my heart rate didn’t get too high. Thank you for the great workout. Looking forward to going 100% again.

    I did this as part of the beginner programme. The last time was 6 weeks ago. I could keep up for 10 minutes then just did my best until the end. I'm now doing "Sweat Summer Sweat" and am completing my 4th week. Instead of doing the live ridealong today, curiosity got the better of me and I decided to see how much progress I've made in comparison with the beginner programme, so did this again. On my god am I happy I did. Yes, I needed some breathers, but otherwise kept up throughout and felt stronger in pushing myself. Don't take Kaleigh's word for it. If you are consistent (and please keep a diary so you can track your progress) you will see results.

    No spinning for me for a year , so I bought a bike and I’m loving your classes. You are so motivational, you make me smile, so does the little doggy in the background. I’ve done this class four times and today did the rock class. Keep on doing what you’re doing lady, you are amazing.

    Kaleigh, You Rock! I am a hiker, biker, stair climber, and sometimes runner. Definitely team climb. COVID kicked my butt for so long. Exercise has been so hard and it wasn’t before. Additionally I am not comfortable in the gym anymore and live in cold climate. Someone gave me an old stationary bike and afte a few boring pedals while watching TV, I found your videos. I was initially SO frustrated that what should be so easy for me was so difficult! I wasn’t feeling better after like I would have before. But I have been doing it whenever I can anyway. This week, four days already, two not the beginner, and three actually feeling good afterwards. Your personality makes it easier to keep trying and today I am hopeful that if I keep going I will be ready for the 40 mile gravel ride I am registered for in June. Thank you for your expertise, enthusiasm, encouragement, and energy. I so need this.

    I am 65 years old and just getting started with your videos. I have done the beginners 20 and 25 minute rides and today tried the 30. My heart rate was higher than I wanted it going into the pyramid so I had to back off the resistance. But when the 30 minutes was up and I did a 10 minute cool down period, I felt great. Even the arthritic knees aren't barking at me. Thank you.

      @@kaleigh Okay, I tried it again today. Still have trouble with the pyramid but did it with a 7-8-9 instead of 8-9-10. If I don't sleep well tonight something is terribly wrong. Also, The Spanish Inquisition could have used you.

    Hello Kayleigh: I have had my stationary bicycle for more than a year. Because of reviews I have read about my Schwinn IC3, I was worried I could break the bike standing up, and adding that little extra to my workout video kept me so engaged, I managed to stay on top of it for 16:19 minutes. T,his is good for me. I will, probably, tune into your channel for more later. I finished as a RockStar.

    I brought a spin bike a wanted to follow some online beginner spin classes. Yours was the first one I came across and I haven’t had to go finding anyone else!! I absolutely love these workouts. They challenge me but I have found myself being able to go faster on climbs and sprints. I have completed the first beginner a handful of times as I was worried about trying a different one. I’ve now completed the two half hour ones and I am pleasantly surprised. Even if I can’t get to the gym I know I can rely on these videos to make me sweat ! Lol thank you!

    Dear kaleigh I stumbled on this video of yours last night by the time I was feeling disappointed about my workout duration. I am a lazy person in general, who wants to lose weight and get in shape but I get bored easily. Your programme kept me engaged for about 20 mins non stop.     Thanks I really appreciate your tuition. I bought a spin bike to keep exercising and help keep my newly fused ankle supple. I prefer swimming and my outdoor bike but you have given me the tools and motivation to get back on the bike indoors.

    Hi Kaleigh-- I'm 9 weeks postpartum with my 2nd baby in a 3 year span. I went from running a good distance 3-4 times a week, strength training, and plenty of yoga to absolutely sedentary (think: laying on the couch and feeling sorry for myself) during my pregnancies. I gained over 60 lbs between the two, and have never lost more than a few lbs. I was feeling so defeated, tired, and run down-- not to mention, in pain majority of the time. I felt like I would never achieve any sort of strength again. I found your videos a few weeks ago, and have been doing them every 2-3 days (even if it took me all day to get on that bike). My first day on the bike, I made it a whopping 8 minutes and felt like I was going to die. My second? 12 minutes. Every few days I have pushed myself to stay on that bike at least one minute more. I also have been doing your stretching video directly afterwards. Today I completed a whole 30 minutes with NO modifications. I thought to myself "Hey, I don't feel so weak anymore". I'm starting to feel like maybe I'll be able to achieve strength and endurance goals again. Maybe I'll be able to run again. I've been going for walks, and finding motivation to do more things for myself. I have more energy during the day. I just wanted to say thanks for giving me hope again. I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

    This was the first video I saw and I have never donde this type of workout. It was so clear, and the goals were so acheivable. Now it's been a month since I started working out, and 2 weeks since I choose your videos only. I love this workouts! And I'm not a workout evert day kinda girl... So u rock.

    This is my 1st time doing a 30 min spin in over a year, and half a year after having covid and then shoulder surgery. AND I FEEL FANTASTIC!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for putting this free on UA-cam!!! I live in a country that "does spin" very differently, and I wore earplugs (the music is always techno club and on the loudest possible setting) and suffered through it, bc it's the best cardio workout for me. Now that I have found you, I will never go back. Thank you so much!!!!

    I signed up for the 8 week B and B program but given my difficulty holding weights, I choose this 30 min spin instead of the weight workout today and this was a good compromise. I stayed active without getting frustrated by my current limitations; thanks Kaleigh 🥰 another one shared with my stroke group 👍

    Just got my Sunny Spin Bike yesterday and this was my 2nd workout. It was the only (or first) 30 minute beginners workout I could find. Didn’t feel like a beginners workout. Kicked my butt (in a good way). Thanks KC.

    My 4th.time on spinning bike and me ,idiot,tryed this "Beginer"workout.It last not too long for me.After about 15min.I just died.Kaleigh u just killed me but I will do next workout and another next and next only with you.Thats the best spinning videos on youtube.Love it,love you.

    I made it!!! Last time I couldnt do the pyramid and remained seated. Today I made it without cheating and it made me laugh of proudness, it gave me a high! Thanks Kaleigh!

    I am just starting to workout, got a basic exercise bike and it doesn’t tell me rpms I appreciate your introduction to this at every step. I am subscribed. Working on losing 35 lbs by June. Have lost 7 already.

    This was so fun. I have a mountain bike I haven't ridden in almost 2 years because of a knee injury. I've been wanting so bad to get back to riding, but I've been worried about stamina and causing pain to my knees, so I got a "wind trainer" for my bike, and hooked it up this weekend, so I can bike indoors until spring. I found your video by chance, looking for something to ride along with and wow, I was able to complete the whole 20 minutes, with modifications. I actually cried. I am so happy right now. My knees are okay too, which surprised me. I thought I wouldn't be able to walk after.

    I have a Advenor magnetic foldable exercise bike(got it from Amazon) I do your classes and so far I’ve done everything seated and adjusted resistance. My bikes resistance only goes to number 8. I have lupus so I wanted to try cycling exercises to get in shape and loose some weight. I like your channel. I learn a lot from your videos and I like that you make cycling fun and motivate me.

    So just a beginner here. Kind of embarrassing how out of shape I am based on my heart rate lol. My peak was 170. Average was 139, and burned 285 calories. Got through the whole thing but no way I could stand and pedal. Your video's are great and you are so encouraging. Definitely helped push me to keep going. Looking forward to trying your other beginner classes.

    Lol I know this video is a year old but I haven't worked out in 6+ months and found your video and your energy and personality is what really got me through the entire workout that yesterday if you would of told me I was going to do a 30min cycling class I would of thought you were nuts! Thank you for this video and your continued hard work you are really helping to make a difference in people's lives! : )

    绝对是Team Climb!这几天把原先的resistance调高了一点,比如用以前的5.5作为现在的5,每个训练又有挑战性了。只是今天的jumps部分还是难倒我了,不仅需要坐着而且速度也放慢了…不过之后就是climb部分,每次这部分都很开心,所以自信又恢复了一点😊还有很长的路要走,今天也很谢谢你🎉

    I’ve been doing the first beginner workout for .. a few months & finally switched to this one today!! Love it & im feeling so strong. I don’t want to pick a team bc I hate them all at the moment! - maybe climb bc I liked/hated the pyramid climb! Thank you!!!!

    Hurt my back over a week ago and can not seem to rest enough to not make it mad again. Haven't rode since the live ride on Saturday and hoping that was a enough time of resting to dive back in. Decided to go with a goodie of a video and test the back fingers crossed we are good and it is back to training I go!!

    Previous to doing this workout, all my experience with spin was at gyms, and I always felt out of place and overworked. I love your attitude and the accessible way you instruct your workouts. Great job!

    I'm a long term gym goer, just getting into the bike. This is the second of your sessions I've done with the first being the 15 min HIIT and honestly, it was amazing. Love the workout itself, but your energy, enthusiasm and the way that you motivate is just excellent! This will be my daily lunchtime session for a while! Team climb!
