🚴♀ If you are doing this on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and cannot go into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

I did this one again today. I've been doing Beginner 30-minute rides and still feel like they are really challenging. I wonder when I'll be ready for a non-beginner ride.
I really like when you have the visual timer...it helps me see I only have a few seconds left and can hold on...

Kaleigh, You Rock! I am a hiker, biker, stair climber, and sometimes runner. Definitely team climb. COVID kicked my butt for so long. Exercise has been so hard and it wasn’t before. Additionally I am not comfortable in the gym anymore and live in cold climate. Someone gave me an old stationary bike and afte a few boring pedals while watching TV, I found your videos. I was initially SO frustrated that what should be so easy for me was so difficult! I wasn’t feeling better after like I would have before. But I have been doing it whenever I can anyway. This week, four days already, two not the beginner, and three actually feeling good afterwards. Your personality makes it easier to keep trying and today I am hopeful that if I keep going I will be ready for the 40 mile gravel ride I am registered for in June. Thank you for your expertise, enthusiasm, encouragement, and energy. I so need this.

Hello Kayleigh: I have had my stationary bicycle for more than a year. Because of reviews I have read about my Schwinn IC3, I was worried I could break the bike standing up, and adding that little extra to my workout video kept me so engaged, I managed to stay on top of it for 16:19 minutes. T,his is good for me. I will, probably, tune into your channel for more later. I finished as a RockStar.
Thank you Kaleigh for these workouts! I am an old Grandma that hasn't been very consistent with spinning until I found you! Please please keep these here for us who really need your motivation to stay fit.

I signed up for the 8 week B and B program but given my difficulty holding weights, I choose this 30 min spin instead of the weight workout today and this was a good compromise. I stayed active without getting frustrated by my current limitations; thanks Kaleigh 🥰 another one shared with my stroke group 👍

Should I be doing spinning every day or a few times a week? I am in decent shape
Hi Kaleigh-- I'm 9 weeks postpartum with my 2nd baby in a 3 year span. I went from running a good distance 3-4 times a week, strength training, and plenty of yoga to absolutely sedentary (think: laying on the couch and feeling sorry for myself) during my pregnancies. I gained over 60 lbs between the two, and have never lost more than a few lbs. I was feeling so defeated, tired, and run down-- not to mention, in pain majority of the time. I felt like I would never achieve any sort of strength again. I found your videos a few weeks ago, and have been doing them every 2-3 days (even if it took me all day to get on that bike). My first day on the bike, I made it a whopping 8 minutes and felt like I was going to die. My second? 12 minutes. Every few days I have pushed myself to stay on that bike at least one minute more. I also have been doing your stretching video directly afterwards. Today I completed a whole 30 minutes with NO modifications. I thought to myself "Hey, I don't feel so weak anymore". I'm starting to feel like maybe I'll be able to achieve strength and endurance goals again. Maybe I'll be able to run again. I've been going for walks, and finding motivation to do more things for myself. I have more energy during the day. I just wanted to say thanks for giving me hope again. I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.
I usually do your regular classes, and love them. I just had cataract surgery, and have been told to go easy on my workouts. Well, there was nothing easy about this class except the duration. I had to hold back so my heart rate didn’t get too high. Thank you for the great workout. Looking forward to going 100% again.

Thanks I really appreciate your tuition. I bought a spin bike to keep exercising and help keep my newly fused ankle supple. I prefer swimming and my outdoor bike but you have given me the tools and motivation to get back on the bike indoors.

No spinning for me for a year , so I bought a bike and I’m loving your classes. You are so motivational, you make me smile, so does the little doggy in the background. I’ve done this class four times and today did the rock class. Keep on doing what you’re doing lady, you are amazing.
绝对是Team Climb!这几天把原先的resistance调高了一点,比如用以前的5.5作为现在的5,每个训练又有挑战性了。只是今天的jumps部分还是难倒我了,不仅需要坐着而且速度也放慢了…不过之后就是climb部分,每次这部分都很开心,所以自信又恢复了一点😊还有很长的路要走,今天也很谢谢你🎉

This is my 1st time doing a 30 min spin in over a year, and half a year after having covid and then shoulder surgery. AND I FEEL FANTASTIC!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for putting this free on UA-cam!!! I live in a country that "does spin" very differently, and I wore earplugs (the music is always techno club and on the loudest possible setting) and suffered through it, bc it's the best cardio workout for me. Now that I have found you, I will never go back. Thank you so much!!!!

I've owned a stationary bike for almost 2 years now and I've only used it to get base "miles" when I can't go out and ride mountain. Today I decided I didn't want to be bored, so I did 2 minutes of searching and found this workout... It's the best thing I've done all day, I love it.
