    Thank you so much for these workouts, I loved spinning at the gym, then lockdown happened, in the UK we have been out of the gyms for a year now, so I bought a spinning bike for home, it only tells me speed and distance but I manage. Only done beginner so far but hoping to move up soon ❤️

    I didn't even realize I needed some of these stretches until I started watching your videos. I have been dealing with lower back pain lately & 1 of my hips has felt so tight for the last several months. I should note that I've dealt with lower back pain since I was 8 & injured my tailbone on a trampoline, then injured my back again when diving off of a diving board wrong at 16, then falling down the stairs with 2 kids in my arms at 24 bruising my tailbone yet again. Tailbone injuries are worse than giving birth. Ouch. I'm a mess. I also injured my knee severely 2 years ago on a trampoline so cycling has been good as well. I'm glad you tube recommended your channel. I'm enjoying the beginner workout & the stretches. I've found a new love for working out now.

    This was my very first time on the beginners cycling and I love it ❣️I just bought my Pro-Form 500 Sox in February and only started to unboxed a couple of days ago! The console is not working so I was just peddling on your instructions. I will be back tomorrow for sure. Weighing in at 204.4 this morning and know I’m over weight at 5’6”.     Hi Kaleigh, 64 year old here. Before the pandemic I had been working out with a trainer and doing an ab class. I had included a cycle class and attended about 5. To my surprise I loved it! Then the pandemic hit 😭. I do not see myself going to a gym anytime soon. Anyway, just purchased a cycle, Joroto and love it. Went to UA-cam and found your beginner class. At 63 I learned my rpm’s and resistance, not fully being able to keep up with the hard corers. Love you! You are great at encouragement and your guidance in knowing our limits. Thanks for being ‘there’

    I was looking for a fun..energetic video for indoor cycling...and I found YOU..15 min. indoor cycling workout for beginners... had so much fun for my first time using my bike. I looked like a wet cat afterwards! Your energy is awesome!! This cool down was terrific. I stick with stretching after the workout and warm up on the bike to begin the workout. Stretching before can risk injury and could decrease performance during the workout.
