Pretty strong Ryan. Doesn't matter if it isn't perfectly 90 degrees. I encourage anyone thinking otherwise to cheat as much as they'd like and still try to hit that.
The lift looks better than how most people do it, but you gotta lift it with arm at 90 degrees, ur shoulder is just too low on ur arm and it makes the lift a bit easier.
No lift, the force of the grass blades that push the weight up decreases significant weight
No lift, Devon has done it in his living room, not in his backyard. The sun exposure gives you an advantage..
He's a ginger, he actually takes -10 damage by the minute.
Not to mention the green grass....

Hey guys can you tell that bench press is important or side pressure
@@Joytosside pressure - however, training side pressure can be dangerous (so learn about it) and bench press has some carry over.
Nice lift dude .. real good ! Keep going !

Yeah deviating from the 90° angle by a few degrees is fine it’s when the forearm starts pointing close to sky it becomes ridiculous and pointless
Devon Larratt has the most satisfying lift.
nice lift, perfect form
Thats a very impressive weight and form!
The lift and the form actually looks good to me
nice!!
good job ryan
The best form good lift🎉
technique is everything

Crazy strong💪💪
Pretty impressive 👍
Good lift💪
I think its good as long you don't do a bisep curl while doing it. Keep your arm static while lifting. 💪
When doing toproll exercises, I often have wrist pain on the ulnar side. Are there any exercises that can be overcome?
thanks for the tips 👍🏼🦾
Impressive, great improvement. But i can't help getting distracted by those outrageously high bargeboards under your boundary fences.
Is 47kg with proper form at 146lbs body weight acceptable for a first tournament?
Of course it is Devon lifts 65-70 of course 47 is very strong.. If u do it with good form especially
I am really inspired by you
I do the same like you
I learnt this from you only ❤
You can watch also👍🏼
How about riser lift?
How much did Devon lift?
I think 155 lbs is Devon's highest.
He believes he will exceed that for the Levan match.
isnt 60 kg on that elite how r u not even top 15 in ur category?
Why your nickname is 'blue'?
In Australia, anyone with red hair can be called blue. We're weird like that. Your skinny friend might be called fatso also.
@@gavinhay6627 aa, thx gotcha
Bạn có tự tin rằng mình sẽ đánh bại Devon trong 2 năm nữa không
i only get 51 lbs lol
Regarding his lift Ryan might be a perfect contender for a title match in the super heavy weight category. 😉
Stay massive
UA-cam algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... as long as u keep getting stronger!
U gotta slow down on the ciggs........
Def. a strong lift, but getting gassed so easily and sucking air isn't a good sign. Take care of yourself bro.
To be fair, it is stupid hot and humid in Brisbane right now
@@nickitaw It's warm, and super wet. I get it. I get around the same weather in Mississippi, US. Hopefully they don't get bad flooding.
No lift, you are not devon larratt
Pretty bad form, strap low on the forearm and on grass. But lifting 61kg is impressive either way.
Also, as a landscaper...mow that grass. It's a small yard. lol
Work / gym / kids / family......I'll get there when it stops raining
@@ryanbluebowen Yeah, it being deep winter in NA where I'm at, I forget the rainy season in AUS. (C'mon man, it takes 30 mins.)
@@ryanbluebowen My gosh we have had a lot of rain in Brisbane, and it is just so muggy because of it.
Nah mate toss some wildflower seeds and call it a prairie 😂
