You may not believe this but the people you rented Villa Justin from are my parents. They sold it to the president of St. Barth. My dad actually made the sign on the front of it that's says Villa Justin. It was named after my great great aunts husband, Justin. My dad found this video and showed me and was pretty excited about it, Thanks for making him smile in these dark times.
I think it's the only flat spot on the island. The runway is only about 2,300 feet long and you can only take off in one direction regardless of wind direction. It works, but there's no room for error.
It's not the nicest villa in St. Barts, but it has a nice view and a great location for walking into town. I understand it is no longer available to rent. Someone bought it.
French is the main language. In the restaurants and shops, there is no problem and just about everyone knew enough English to communicate. It's a great island with the best restaurants anywhere.

That's good to know. We thought with the guitar logo it might have belonged to a famous guitar player.

What?! Was there a fat screen TV in one of the villas? O.o
Hello, I am planning to visit this beautiful island, but my French is not good. How is the Language barrier? Do ppl speak English or strictly French?
