    I'm not familiar with the concept of a "wet" and a "dry" kitchen. I just have a "kitchen."

    1:21 what is what wall of photo?? is it just a worst cgi i had seen in my career or is it actually a wall printed with fake view? xD

      The neighboring plot is undergoing development. The wall is a demarcation of it.

    Is Asian cooking really that messy to warrant a separate wet kitchen? Granted this home is huge, but one would think space is a premium in general in Asia and I frankly would love another small bedroom or a workspace instead. Aren't fan/ventilation systems strong enough there to adequately remove the odors/oils from heavy wet cooking? How come even in elegant large homes here in the West we don't see separate kitchens? And no, I do not believe Western cooking is necessarily way less messy.

      Asian cooking uses high heat smoking oil techniques. That’s why Asian food is generally super delicious. Takes one in the know to appreciate this

      @vwchan841 Рік тому +1

      Like I said, I get it, but I still do not believe that one, robust kitchen with all the bells and whistles (and powerful venting and high BTUs) won't be sufficient. Again, this does not compute for where space is a premium.

      The dispersion of oil droplets and the smell thru out the house is quite a problem. No ventilators can alleviate these , at least not yet. Dry kitchen is typically a show piece. The beverage bar is part of dry kitchen, and one can prep toast and coffee there. I too have a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen. I love the setup.

      Here in the West, one fabo kitchen is enough that it does not stop it from being the fav gathering space. I don't know how large your place is, but if I had a choice of another small room to use I would take that over a 2nd kitchen any day. And keep in mind, isn't the food outside so cheap and good who on earth would heavy cook at home anyway?

      Stronger suction will also emit a louder noise, which will be a disturbance when watching TV or entertaining guest. Why would space be premium in Asia? Not all of Asia are the same. Generally Malaysia is still considered underpopulated, even in Greater KL/ Klang Valley.

    Really great content, but there really is no need to use nonsensical made up phrases. What on earth does "award winning legacies" @ 1:24 even mean? So many meaningless made up phrases in previous videos as well. Again, I love the content, but better QC on the script perhaps.

    the generation that lived in PJ...learnt the hard way never to touch a leasehold property...your kids will curse you or will probably dispose it at fire sale prices instead of paying the enormous premium...
