The name Empirical House came by based on the initial decision of why the owners decided to purchase this Corner Semi Detached house. The location of the property is a quiet suburb that is surrounded by nature.
Designing a floor plan is simple, The narrative of each space needs to be purposeful and at the same time being able to create a memorable impact.
After years of experience being in the design industry it is definitely an accomplishment to see increasing interest and awareness about interior design and architecture.

It was so nice to actually see the space being used by a family. I don't think that little girl stood still for a single frame! So cute! And then when the camera zoomed into her little drawing and then switched to the older sister doing actual math homework! Adorable!

My thoughts: This home is beautiful and well thought out, but I personally think it's overdesigned and extremely busy. There are so many details and things everywhere that it makes it hard for my eyes to rest and my mind to be calm.
With that said, I respect the thought and planning that went into the execution and I think it's a fantastic achievement!
Hello Seeko, thank you for taking the time to share ur constructive feedback. The frames taken are mainly the focal angles of the respective spaces, hence not every surrounding wall would be furnished so utterly.
We will, however , try to capture a wider frame to perhaps ease off on making the video impression too cluttered. Thanks again.
That is why design is always a personal preference. Some may work for you and some may not and vice versa. In this case, this may be the requirements and preference of the client.
SeekoGT The owners tried too hard to use all the trendy materials, beautiful marbles and adventurous lighting solutions. Somehow, it just looks like ID ideas 5 yrs ago, mix and match to create a contemporary and luxurious look that didn't create the cosy and warm environment of a home. It just feels too hard and "manufactured".
The owner might be too much of a show off rich maximalist himself to request use of all different types of materials, in which makes the designers work very hard to satisfy the client request and most of the time, design of an arquitecture and interior designers aren't original, it's more of owners taste. Keep adding stuff because the main reason for the owner to add everything is to show off. 😂 This is my favorite channel for arquitecture and interior design, i highly recommend you to watch other houses, they are fabulous! Currently I am living in Tokyo, if I ever buy a nice property here, i definitely will ask them to do the entire designing..... Not overly done like this one. Cheers 💕 from Megg.

You show very interesting homes. I like the minimalist look and the use of wood. I think soon much of the world will be using these designs inspired initially by Japan/Scandinavia blending. We love how the Asian climate can take advantage of bringing more of the outdoors in; this can be done in Europe and North America with adjustments for our colder weather.

Everything in this house is superb for family life, the only lacking is good schools and proximity to shopping mall….basically lack of good amenities.
Owners loved nature so much that they covered all of the nature they owned with a house extension.
borderline gaudy interior, fake grasses, really back to nature!
Apart from garden & rooftop greenery view i really feel disturbed imagining this as my house... it doesn't have a home vibe at all, i think this would be more befitting to be a hotel/ a business space etc.

I have always admired your work; so far they have all been impeccable. However I think this particular work doesn’t truly reflect your credentials; erratic colour scheme married with busy wall fixtures. I suppose there is so much could do when you have to accommodate client’s requirements. Nevertheless , looking forward to your next work , cheers

What kind I say, the place looks living in show a showunit. Everything does not look natural and space looks confusing. You open up space at the same time close it up. Well maybe that is how the owner see his home.
The design it's amazing, but I looks like a premium 6 stars hotel and not a house for a family. Each floor it's a house on its own way. For me it's a dream for rich spoiled people, not a place to live.
Everything reeks inflation in the economy.... I don't know who, however a person desires to pay attention to this, you have to stop relying on the government and saving all of your money . Venture into making an investment a few in case you actually want monetary freedom
Yeah!! Due to the fall in the stock market, I don't think it's advisable holding, it would be more beneficial and yield more profit if you actually trade on cryptocurrency I've been trading since the dip, and I've made so much profit trading.
