Your knitted hearts are just too adorable & I want to knit some to display now and throughout the winter months but also make some for Christmas tree ornaments to gift next year. Did you notice there is a bigger version of that pattern too? It's called Rustic Little Heart. Happy knitting & great news that your husband is doing well.

I know the stress, you’re so smart to take it all in stride. Pray youll both be stronger soon ❤️ I love your dk socks, they’re beautiful!!I also have been knitting dk’s lately, so much more appropriate for NH winters..when we have ⛄️ can’t wait for the weekend ❄️. Just finished some “Thicksgiving socks” on Ravelry for presents. I also test knitted Judy’s no-heel socks, they were really fun! so glad your husband is recovering! I can tell it really shook you up so take care of yourself too, and I agree, family comes first. If you are like me knitting helps with the stress, so knit on! LOL Can I ask about your striping. you do such beautiful work and your strips are just so neat. do you have a trick or suggestions how to join yarns - I would imagine you weave in when you join? thank you
Thank you for you well wishes. So the striped socks I do are using a self-striping yarn which means it automatically changes colors and is specifically dyed to do so. Honestly, I don't think I would enjoy them as much if I had to weave in all the ends...it's much easier to cheat!
