What made this workout easy was the long pauses between exercises. But it doesn't have to be. I continued to the next exercise without pausing, and got a great ab workout. Than k you.
i’m just commenting so it’ll help me stay motivated😔🤚but i’m gonna do this exercise around four times a week and do leg workouts too and i’m going to drink LOTS of water too
Lucy S yeah so about that i completely forgot and got unmotivated so i’ve gained 5 pounds but when i was doing it i lost weight and my stomach was flat for once but i quit and now i have my rolls back😀great time but yeah it works👍
Want to be smaller and looking for videos to fit my exercise ...Small arms ( no batwings ) , Chest , Abs to have a smaller stomach ,Legs ( skinner ) and Butt ( looking to have a small butt ) ...Every part of body SMALLER !!!
