Hey buddy! We’re still waiting for that AMA you solicited comments for a few months ago! 😂you gonna do it or what or was it a shameless attempt at driving your comments on YT up?
As always, I wish I lived close to your store! Everything looks neat and clean. And I can't tell you how important it is as a shopper to know that stuff is alphabetized! Best of luck!
That is one clean store!!! Our locals could learn a thing or two from you. I would love to do some diggin there, but a bit hard to do from the West Coast. Congrats on your fantastic business!!!!!
Wow, your record store is the best in the world. Such a large selection with such wonderful, great records. It's a real dream to own this record store. All the best ♥
The store is looking beautiful. I love that you have a seating area and a toilet, as I always end up having to leave record stores sooner than I'd like because I need to pee or because my husband gets fed up waiting. I'd love to visit, but I'm not sure you'd have enough post-punk to make it worth the drive for me.
As a UK guy after psych, soul/funk this would be a dream shop to visit. It's been great to see the progression and success of the shop since you opened. Cheers Nigel
Can I suggest the name ’Martha’? Given its close proximity to the Beatles poster Martha my ’Deer’ seems like a solid contender! Lots of love from the UK and well done on the shop and the channel in general! Always a pleasure to watch! ❤
Dillon not to get personal but I want use hang out read the posters in that bathroom great shop great tour I told my son Dylan about you that you are Super Knowledgeable about all things vinyl and music maybe I can come jam on that stage some day with you seriously Noble Records is indeed the King the imperial the Crown Jewel of vinyl on the East Coast
That was great! I have always wondered what your store was like and was not surprised how well laid out and organised it is! What an absolute joy it would be to step inside as a customer - so spacious and every genre covered. Well done mate - drooling from Adelaide, Aus.
Really cool store wish i could visit one day! I noticed you didn't have a folk section, you just need a few of the best! Fairport convention, Pentangle, Magna Carta!
Someday I’ll swing by. The store looks amazing! I think a good name for the deer would be Elwood from the blues brothers. Kinda looks like Dan Aykroyd with those glasses lol
Great tour! I’ll definitely stop by if I’m in the area! Have you ever been up here to central VA for records? The record scene around Richmond is pretty cool :)
Love seeing the shop videos and would like to see more of them. Maybe a flip through of the new arrivals both new and used. I'm a good distance away but its on my radar to come and see the shop. You have an awesome selection. Always great to see your videos!
In the first 3 minutes, I saw two vintage albums out of the 25 or 30 I am seeking: The Alice Cooper Show from 1977; and George Harrison's, Living in the Material World from 1973. Great shop! Too bad I am so far away from your store - but perhaps I could get an order into you soon.
Oh man... would love to come by with a wad of record cash to spend. Pity I live so far from NC! I come to Canada every couple of years for Christmas, but it's still quite a haul down to NC... one day, hopefully!
Re 0:30 I dropped some records from a wall in Rough Trade in London a few weeks ago. I like to think I'm really careful handling any records usually but this was not a good moment!
Not sure if you remember my name but I’ve watched your videos forever man. Almost through college now and stumbled across your video, I remember before you got the store and were still organizing popups, I always wanted one to come to my area. I’m gonna make it down to the shop one day, I guarantee it.
Thanks for showing us around! I’ll be heading back east to visit family who live in Charlotte for Christmas this year and I can’t wait to check out the shop in person
Great video! I wish I lived closer, but alas, I'm in Illinois. I am more of a CD buyer to be honest. I do buy the occasional vinyl if it's something that I can't find on CD or is just outright cool and not terribly expensive.
Great store ! Was looking for the picture disk section :-) Was at the Allman Brothers Fillmore East show. Got tonnes of my own stuff from a J & R records store across from City Hall in NYC
@@noblerecordswe visited on Friday! Sorry we missed you but great deals, $10 box and a stack of other cool stuff. We'll be back! Your guy was Awesome.
I like mostly older country music. I like Bonnie Guitar, June Stearns, James O'gwynn, Dottie West, Ernest Stoneman etc. I recently found Linda Martells original lp, Color Me Country. Linda was first black female country singer on the Grand Ole Opry.
Nice job on your shop Dillon! You brought it a long way from when I watched you just lifting off. Be proud of it!!!....I am trying to do a little with a room in an antique store to catch your heels!!😅
Well that was fun, great tour wish I didn't live so far away in Philadelphia. Dillion I am pumped to get that Stonewall exclusive, your video sold me on ordering a copy and then I looked up all the info I could find on Stonewall on line & was blown away from the story. Awesome you got this album pressed. 🤘
Man I gotta get up there sometime. Do you have the album by Anchoret? I know you like progmetal. They're buddies of mine and they are amazing. Check em out if you haven't. Cool tour of your shop!
Love your store. My local store is too cramped and are very "proud" of their merchandise. I have a nice collection of vinyl that I've accumulated since the 70's. The one thing that I did not see or hear you mention was picture disc's. I have over 60 45's and 33rpm's. Could you give me a price range for a Dark Side of the Moon, still sealed, promo punched 1st issue would be going for? Thanks Dillon
Name the deer head Ash Williams! Hope I can come back sometime, I live pretty far away so I need to look for a concert in NC to use as an excuse to stop by again.
The wife really likes your seating area. She brings a book and lets me do my thing. The store here in Virginia Beach is hard to search because it’s a mess. Why when in the area we stop in.
wanted to ask you about a video exactly like this! a full guide at your shop.Following you from your first videos, you knda remind me of..me! haha! we are at the same age and realy passionate vinyl collectors,.I m happy about your shop and your dream job, it would be a dream to visit your place , shake your hand in person and dig the stuff there, its difficult as I'm from Greece, but you never know...cheers!
@noblerecords its around a 7 and a half hour drive from where I live, but I'd love to see the store. This is one of my favorite channels on youtube. The amount of music you've shown me has influenced me so much! Thank you for always showing super cool music and making great content!
Thanks for the tour - enjoyed it very much. I want that Iron Butterfly, been looking for a vinyl copy of however you spell it (InAGADDADaVIDA?). I am going to visit sometime (and buy some stuff) - it'll be a road trip. I always appreciate the tip about Discogs I picked up from you - have all my tunes catalogued. I also appreciate your musical knowledge. Thanks Again! 😎
Do you guys get all the recent Phish vinyl? I’ve always been into seeing Phish live and I have a bunch of their live phish releases on CD, but now that I’m getting into records I wonder how Phish on vinyl is. I graduated high school in 2000 so Nirvana got me into music around the 4-5th grade. So most of the vinyl I’ve been looking at and buying has been Nirvana, R.E.M, The Beatles,, Weezer, Flaming Lips. 90s stuff and some classic rock.
Nice shop changes Dillon! Dumb question: Why did you choose to not paint or stain your flip through record shelves? Asthetic preference or other reasons? My mind is thinking “Well, paint or stain might cause fumes to the lp covers or lps. But I have no idea. Just curious.
The shop looks awesome Dillon! If I am ever in North Carolina, I will make a point of paying a visit. Truly awesome! Any chance you'd be willing to sell/ship that Operation Rock 'N Roll poster? I'm about the biggest Judas Priest fan in the world and that piece is incredible! EDIT: You should name the deer Reggie! Short for Reginald!

If only I didn't live all the way up in New England, I'd plan a day trip just to visit this store. Amazing work you've put in here, man. Good for you!
Better than any record store nearby me. I appreciate that you treat the store like your private collection but with a price tag
That is my goal! Thanks so much!
Stunning shop, you must be so proud , the hours, days , weeks , Months and years that has gone into this is off the scale
