Excellent. Tweaked my back off the side Was looking for a video that just addressed that. Not only the back but the side. Thank you so much. Very good pace in your explanations , very clear movements. I’m almost 70:ingood shape but just tweaked by repeating improper bending , twisting movements while painting for hours and days… lessons learned…
Did the 2nd exercise just before bed and this really helped. Had a good night sleep with hardly any pain. Tried some of the other exercises this morning. Thanks

Dr Rowe I'm a Brazilian living in the Netherlands and you have been SAVING MY LIFE lately; I have lower lumbar back/hip pain since my 15s and I'm 36 now and the doctors still haven't found out the origin of my pain. Honestly I get more results and relief by basically trying to find the place I hurt myself and then finding out the name and going to your medias for help, so here's hoping I finally found the right thing, this pain is CONSTANT and debilitating! I can't stand or walk for too long and have developed Fibromyalgia according to the neurologist...
Look into vitamin D deficiency. You may be deficient in vitamin D. Many names of conditions are given but so many times it's a vitamin D deficiency. In America the lowest number of vitamin D in the blood should be 35 and even that's super low. Ideally it should be 70- 100 for optimal health. Fibromyalgia could just be a vitamin D deficiency as crazy as that sounds. We have been lied too soo much. Vitamin D deficiency brings on lower back and hip pain. That very well may be the origin of your issues. I'm praying for you.
THANK YOU! These exercises for lower back pain off to the side provided me with INSTANT relief. I feel so much better after just one session, and I can’t wait to see how I feel after a week. You really know your stuff!

My manual labor job and wreaked havoc on my back, mostly within the last couple years. I've watched your videos in the past, but now my sciatica is beginning to act up. It's a new kind of pain, and I'm desperate for relief. I'm already feeling some relief again, thanks to you!
a rare find, someone who can explain and pass on worthwhile knowledge speaking with straight forward language, not letting their ego get in the way. another key is that Dr Rowe doesnt over-explain as if speaking to an imbecile, so it flows well. few jokes in there aswell, keeping it light. something you dont often find - videos directed at people who have looked after themselves, been fit, done alot of sport, and some of those injuries have come home to roost. putting it bluntly - most health advice across the web is either aimed at people who have not looked after themselves their entire lives, or have very low IQ, or are very elderly, or a combo of the three. so, its refreshing to come across these videos that are to the point and actually seem to work. Thank you Michael
My wife has battled cancer eight times. The radiation treatments she's had to her pevic region has destroyed the blood flow to her hips.(vascular necrosis) She's had one total hip replacement last JUne and a craniotomy in August to remove some cancer which weaken her left side. I don't think she can do a lot of these exercises due to her condition. But a couple weeks ago she wanted to work in the garden. She's cannot walk without a walker and a walker is useless in the soft soil. So I helped her down on her bottom and she suckered about nine dozen tomatoe plants that day. I then helped her back up and back in the house. She said that helped her back pain more than I could imagine. I say all of this because what she was basically doing was the butt walk back and forth to each tomatoe plant. Thank you for your video, I'm sure it will help many people.
Had severe lower back pain / prolapsed LS5 for over 5 years now after a deadlift injury. The ballerina stretch is the only thing upto now that’s given me relief….well that and a lot of ibuprofen! Thank you sir.

I felt a lot of tension when doing the corkscrew on the left side and when I attempted the butt walk my left side immediately started hurting a lot. I've been living with scoliosis since around 2014-15 and I've been wanting to lose weight so I can work on my spine. Thank you for this I'll be trying to do these stretches daily!

That is really helpful. I paused the video and did all the exercises with you. I will do these daily. Such great information and instruction. Thank you!
Thanks Dr. Rowe. The title of your video today addressed the exact type of pain I am suffering. Since last 2 days I am searching for help in my type of pain. The right side of the lower back (above the hip, towards the spine, the triangle shape area). 2-3 times in the past the very same area has given me problem. Once I picked up the item from the floor and getting up motion gave me shooting pain..and in no time the pain grew more and more to the point it became impossible even to move my body even an inch by myself. I had to lift myself with both sides pocket flaps and lift myself to adjust the sleep position. The pain was so excruciating that getting up from bed was almost impossible. And even if I slide down myself onto the floor to bring legs in a position to help me be on the floor, no way I could be in a stand up position. I had to move myself placing my elbows on the mattress and move inch by inch to reach up to the other side of the corner, hold the door frame and manage to enter the bathroom , again holding the counter top of the basin ..well...this time the shallow pain signals were there since morning. I thought it would go away, but it grew more intense by late evening. With alternate heat and cold packs and ibuprofen I am little better, but certainly would like to improve my weak muscles to avoid such episodes. Your 3 part exercises will surely help me. Thanks so much. Blessing to you. And yes, I have subscribed to your channel as well.
Thank you Doc, this is very important information. When I had some problems with the lower back,I did the same exercises intuitively .With respect from Russia.

The first exercise technique is promising. I'm realizing benefits right away. Thank you so much. I'll make this technique something I do every other day or so. A lot of my back and hip pains seem related to working on the computer every day.
I'm seeing progress with you demonstrated and with bridging. The body is amazing. You could feel pain in one area, but it could be referred from another area.I'm learning a lot.
I’ve had a QL problem and it’s getting better. Thank you for the exercises. The butt walking makes me get a lot of muscle soreness, which should mean I’m doing great. 😄 The stretching where you get your both legs in 90 degrees creates a mild ache in my left back thigh (where I have QL problems), so I’m not doing that. You should also mention that back pain also can be caused by weak muscles in the area, like weak core and glutes. It would be great if you could make a video on different exercises that would be good to do to relieve back pain in the lower back muscles, so it stabilizes and that all muscles takes their toll.
If this works, it brilliant and simple. At 71, I've had the lower back pain off to the side 40 years and have just learned to suck it up and accept it. I will give this a try. Thanks!
OMG! The tennis ball massage and the ballerina pose gave me relief and increased my range of motion. The tennis ball hurt so good! In one spot I was able to inhale fully without a twinge of pain. I'm going to do both again before bed. Thanks, Doc!

After just one session 90% of my lower back pain while driving was gone ! I'm doing them every day now.
Thank you, Dr Rowe
Glad you're getting a lot of relief, keep at it!
Update
Glad the exercises are helping, and thanks for watching!
Did the 2nd exercise just before bed and this really helped. Had a good night sleep with hardly any pain.
Tried some of the other exercises this morning.
Thanks
I’ve been in so much pain in this area for some weeks no, admitting defeat and seeing my chiropractor tomorrow😅 but had I seen this video earlier today I probably wouldn’t have made the appointment. This offered instant and massive relief! Thank you soooo much, now I know I will get a good nights sleep as well! ❤
Glad it gave you instant relief, and thanks for watching!
I've had a knot in my lower right back for a year that would not budge despite massages and such, and this is literally what finally helped start to loosen it. I honestly didnt think it would help me, but it did!!! Thank you !
I was telling my (nurse) friend about the lower left back pain I've had been struggling for 8 days and he automatically said that it has something to do with my kidneys even tho I don't drink alcohol or eat salty foods.
Thanks for this Doc! My concern has calm down.
Great to hear you're getting instant relief, and please give us an update in a week.

I just fallen in love with playing pickleball for a month, and got my lower back pain problem, and I had to stop playing, your video helped me lot, reduced my pain immediately, now I see hope that I will play again in the near future, I am so grateful for your great heart to help people with your knowledge! I love you!
Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you so much for the kind words, I appreciate it!

Thank you so much, i'm gonna give this a try. For almost 6 months, i've been having left side lower back stiffness and pain when i get up from a lying position regardless of how long i've been lying for. Due to the pandemic, i wasnt able to seek the treatment needed. Recently, have been to remedial twice and although it has significant improved my mobility and reduced the pain and lower left stiffness is still there. Hopefully this is what i needed all along!
Please give us an update soon!
This guy is the best. Straightforward exercises which are really effective

Can you tell the reason for your pain and which side did you had the pain on? I am suffering really badly from this pain because of doing taekwondo
I've been having pain on the left side of my back ever since Wednesday afternoon.
That QI one was amazing. I've been trying to figure out how to stretch that spot and I couldn't ever figure out how. You're helping me so much.
Glad the exercises are helping you!

You've helped me so much. I first discovered your channel when I had severe neck and shoulder pain and after doing your exercises just twice, I was able to move my neck and shoulder. Today, I found you after putting my back out and I am now able to move after going through this video twice. Thank you so much!

Thank you. Lifted a big bag of stone yesterday and injured myself. (Had back issues for years) I was limping last night and feeling very sorry for myself but found your video and just tried your exercises. I was shocked I could actually do them and will definitely build them into a future routine. The pain has subsided a little and now I can walk normally.

Thank you so much for your channel. Your back pain videos has been a life changed for me!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
Will do, and thanks for watching!
Thanks Dr.
Please give us an update soon, and thanks for the sub!
Thank you Doc, this is very important information. When I had some problems with the lower back,I did the same exercises intuitively .With respect from Russia.

Are you still doing the exercises now? How are the results so far?
@@jmbangun42 I still do the exercises if my back is sore, but it rarely is these days. So, sometimes I do, but the exercises are no longer always required.
I will definitely try this and let you know. You can definitely feel a great stretch in each exercise!!

Fantastic! Thanks for watching too.
I’m a pretty dedicated runner - try to run 35-45 miles a week. Every few months I get hit with right sided lower back pain & have to take some time off & bike until it calms down. these helped so much!
Glad the exercises are helping you!
Oh my lord. These exercises are everything I wanted.
This floor strengthening exercise, you are kidding me. It’s amazing. Doing it as we type. Backwards is a struggle!
It really gets under my tight hammy.
Glad the exercises are helping you, and thanks for watching!
It is also fun doing the last exercise with a Theragun lodged in my hip flexor. Good or Bad, feels good.
I'm a Massage Therapist and my lower left back recently started aching and I do try watch my posture when I work.Lately it's been excruciating and thank God I found your videos.Hopefuly I wake up feeling better😭🇿🇦
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update soon.
The first exercise technique is promising. I'm realizing benefits right away. Thank you so much. I'll make this technique something I do every other day or so. A lot of my back and hip pains seem related to working on the computer every day.
Hope the exercises help you for a long time to come!
I'm seeing progress with you demonstrated and with bridging. The body is amazing. You could feel pain in one area, but it could be referred from another area.I'm learning a lot.
Been in discomfort for days and you saved my Christmas.
Thank you!
Glad you're getting relief, and Merry Christmas!
Thanks!
Please give us an update soon.
Perfect timing! Hubby needs this right now!
Hope it helps, please let us know how it goes!
Tried a lote of excercises but this one really worked for me! Thanks, greetings from Spain😊
Glad it helped!
Thank you for showing these exercises, they really help🙂
Thanks for watching!
The second exercise worked a miracle for me. Huge thanks 🙌
OMG! The tennis ball massage and the ballerina pose gave me relief and increased my range of motion. The tennis ball hurt so good! In one spot I was able to inhale fully without a twinge of pain. I'm going to do both again before bed. Thanks, Doc!
Thanks for watching!
Waaao…really helped me with my pain. I tried all exercises today morning and I feel better now in the evening. Thank you so much..Great work🥰
