    This is the first 2 story I've seen that warrants being 2 story in Cape Coral to take advantage of the open spreader view and water access vs the last corner canal listing. They took it very safe on the contemporary design, but it's likely to appeal better to more families. 👋

    Very very nice , I’m from Florida but moved to Canada when I was 16 I’m now 36 and have a daughter and wife my dream is to move back and into something like this , using this vid as major motivation and working very hard each day , one day I will be able to do it , if anyone reads this wish me luck

    Beautiful house.
    Still looking for the South back in some of your videos.
    Any idea when this area will get city water/sewer?
    The price just seems a bit high considering a person would have to pay septic demo, assessment and hook up soon.
    BTW - For people that don't know; bald eagles fly up and down that canal and grab fish out of there. It is awesome to watch. The ospreys are always out there also.

      I agree with you that this home is priced high, but all sellers price the homes high and it is up to us the buyers to get them down... back down to earth. I would argue that the sewer assessments and water are not a concern because that will really add value to the home and it is worked into your taxes so it is not needed to be paid all at once. Just make sure you reduce your offer on the property to compensate for whatever fees or taxes you feel may be coming your way. Just after I shot this video when I was closing up a large bird caught a fish and carried it away, I tried to get it on camera but was to slow. It is incredible.

      Price prices will be plummeting soon in the Cape. Inventory is up 1000% from a year ago. Be patient. Blood bath is coming.

    Beautiful house looks really nice and the lot is perfect. Just a recommendation you may want to take the hose out of the pool before making video or showing to potential buyers. That’s a indication of a possible leaking pool especially when it’s new construction. Overall awesome house for sure 👍.

      Yeah, there’s definitely no leak in that pool just a hose adding water. You have to put water in pools here in Florida twice a week because of the heat and evaporation. Today the heat index is over 100.

      @@stokesrealestate I 100% disagree I’m a pool company owner in South Florida. Living here for 53 years. If you’re putting water in a pool twice a week = possible leak. Believe me just cause it’s new doesn’t mean there isn’t a leak. Average loss due to evaporation is 1-1.5” per week.

    To rich for me, but a nice home. The other thing i don't like homes that have a upper level because of hurricanes.
