Beautiful. I live in Baja, but the crime is making me think of selling and moving to Florida because Cali is just not the place for my family. This looks like a good place to homeschool my kids, and we won't miss our beautiful home in Baja.

If that one had a water view, I would have already moved in…so gorgeous! Builder did a fantastic job with these homes. This one is a little too much house for me as I am single, but I love the 1/2 acre lots. This neighborhood is definitely on my radar. This builder did not cut corners😍

That's interesting comment. I understand, I am not sire how to lay out the home with limited square footage and not focus on the garage. Maybe a side entry garage? Here in Florida everyone wants a big garage to get the cars out of the storms. Thanks for your perspective.
@@Drstephenstokes I am born and raised in S. Florida. I first notice the trend when I visited Toronto in the 90s, not too long after that trend started to pop up a lot in florida. And yeah it on small square foot lots. My preference is the front door and windows being the c. of attention. 3 port garages are now in demand? Pretty large garge for the limited house space. Personally I wouldnt give up livin space for more garage space. But if that is the demand that is the demand. And maybe I am just aging and out of touch lol
