Nice, but the modern, black and white contrast, funky mirrors and lights is a little too much for me.

Umm..nice house and I like it, but it's new house pricing! Like the artwork as it's understated and provides nice pops of color. Love the open sliders that's a must have. Appears to be lacking linen closets and pantry is way too small. Nice lanai but lacking outdoor shower with pool bath. Paid assessments though is a plus.

I love the bath with separated shower and rain fall. Love the kitchen and the open concept to the dining and living room. Love the eucalyptus idea. Love the outside pool area. Love the privacy hedge. Love the privacy fence in the backyard. Only problem, shinny floors but a really nice home.

Love the crushed stone, love the split wall both sides of the fire place yes it calls for an 85 inch flat screen, love the wine/coffee station, nice island nice cabinets, love the pantry, nice garage, nice laundry, nice bath with tube, nice pool bath, and bedroom, nice closets, nice lighting, nice ceiling, nice main bedroom, don’t love the wet room but ok. Main closets nice. Nice outdoor kitchen and pool but needs hood. Did not see an outdoor shower. Would have loved to see a walk done to the sea wall. The map view and bridge clearance is helpful thanks. Shinny floors a no go for me! But a real nice house other than that

Big mistake not having a 3 car unfortunately this house will not sell for more than 1.5 mil also the outdoor kitchen hood is way to small for that grill it will never keep up with the smoke

Steve this house is exceptional. Great floors great neutral colors great outside area and canal. When I look at it from the satellite view it looks land locked. I’m sure I’m wrong what bride height is the outlet and how long of a boat ride to open water? Great home I wish I was ready now. Also septic or city water?

Disappointed that that does not have the Canal find it so I can have my boat there

Never put a wc off a dining area

Love the house didn’t show us how far of a ride out to open water. Like the look of the floor but vinyl in 780,000.00 house I don’t know about that. After looking at the satellite view looks like a long ride out and bridges. But overall a nice house for the money.

Canal doesn’t look that deep and no boat 🛥️ lift
