    The primary layout was a bad decision😬
    For $2M, I would expect cabinets and a sink in the laundry room. I personally don’t love the stainless steel outdoor kitchen(I would prefer a more “built in” kitchen with more durable countertops). The great room with the tall ceilings and wall of sliders is beautiful. I love the pool area…the courtyard layout makes it feel very private, which is awesome. The 4 car garage is also nice.
    I don’t care for the flat roof style homes, but the high ceilings make up for it. I think the primary layout will turn off a lot of buyers. I think this home will need close access to the gulf to pull in a buyer at this price point.

    I do like the unique design and courtyard style layout. The guest bedrooms and bathrooms done well. Awkward with that airhandler in a bedroom. The primary bedroom is a no especially at this price point. Even at half this cost it should have a finished laundry room and more pantry space. Didn't like the stainless steel outdoor kitchen. Seems it wouldn't hold up in that environment. That said, being able to walk through those double doors every day I'd be happy there 😊 Happy 4th!

      Yes, there is no dock on this one just a seawall. Bit of a let down but still you are correct I should not have cut it on the final edit.
