  • It’s been one helluva week on the rocket for co-pilot Pearson, as she describes the ‘news tsunami’ that has crashed through her life.
Your co-pilots talk through the reaction to Allison’s story and discuss the principle of free speech in this country.
Also boarding the rocket to discuss his new book, ‘What went Wrong with Capitalism’, is author Dr Ruchir Sharma who lays out his solution to the relationship between state support and free markets.
And there is no shortage of post this week as your co-pilots dive into the rocket’s bulging mailbag as readers react to recent events.

Chin up Allison,as I always say in times like this"how can I saw like an eagle when I'm surrounded by effing turkeys!!!"
Good luck on your fight against the thought police.

Hear, hear. Go for it, Alison. The silent majority are becoming less silent. The British majority have to be heard.

It's worse than it even appears. Here in Scotland we are told that 'non-crime hate incidents' are kept on record in perpetuity. This in effect means that one can remain on police record for not committing crimes! Well, my rap sheet for a lifetime of non- crimes must fill a library....

This all started in the Blair years, the offence of being offensive (which is subjective). It's just coming home to roost now along with hundreds of other new "crimes". Welcome to police state Britain. Very sad.

Truly absurd country we now live in. How many people is this happening too, if they'll go after Allison they'll have no issue at all with Joe Public? This country and it's lamentable political class have killed off the Britain we knew, they're utterly batshit.
