    I don't speak Hindi or Punjabi so thank u for the English 🙌 the Dr's said I could start working out after 6-8 weeks...I'm 40 with my 1st child...that was a lie. My baby is 4 1/2 months and i still have extremely sharp uterine pains a cpl times a day. I think u gave much better advice than they offered

    I wish I had seen ur videos b4. I have had 4 c sections. My last was 3 years ago. But thank God I was able to realize my core was weak and am working on it. I’ve lost 37 lbs Bless u for sharing.

    hlo sir mere operation ko huye one year ho chuka h ....or do din baad mera baby bhi expire ho gya....aapki video dekhi or maine ye exercise bhi ki lekin ek din me hi mere pure pet me sujan aa gyi h bhot tklif ho rhi h...m bhot dri huyi hu khi meri next pregnancy me koi dikkt na aa jaye.....😒

    Mene ye workout start ki h but aapne apne doosre video's me bola tha ke aap apna workout ko set kriye for months like school . To 100 days ke baad mjhe kya start krna h

    Sir IAM from Kerala...I have three months old baby..my pregnancy is c section..a big problem IAM facing that Sevier back pain..when I get up from bed I can't stand in stedy position..this is my second pregnancy.first also c section..now I can't lift my baby even...my belly now looking like 5 month pregnant...can I do this excercise if I had back pain?

    Sir april 2017 m mara c-section hua tha ....jiske bad mara 10 kg weight bhad gya h ...m weight loss karna cahati hu ...to kya m apka 100 days ka jo weight loss ka program h m vo exececise kar skti hu kya ....koi problem to nhi hogi..

      Yes you can lose weight even now with some weight training exercises. I started exercise after 5 yrs of c section and lost 15 kilos.
