    Yeah, all problems are, and have always been, problems of thinking...of the mind. It's having a preference for "this" or "that" which brings the suffering. Just let it all be and watch it all resolve.

    How i can get out of it permanently bcoz im thinking it from past 10 months

      You have to retrain your brain to stay in this moment, sensing what is in your senses just now. Correct your attention all the time, and thoughts will start subsiding.
      Correct your attention 100 times back in to the present moment and let me know how it goes 🙏

      @@Gupta_T Yes, that is actually normal! Don't give up. Bring your attention to the present hundreds of times a day and your mind will lose energy. It is YOUR mind, it has to ultimately respond to your focus. It doesn't matter how bad the habits, it will work. Patience my friend 🙏
