You should also do cardio exercises( best for weight loss or even if you want to do it as a part of a healthy lifestyle)like running , jogging and if not that ,then at least go for a walk after dinner ( it is the best time as after dinner if you walk then the food will also be digested) and skip all the junk food . @@RamCat-tn7to well my body fat percentage was normal according to my age and height so there wasn't any need to lose weight, the only thing which I did is tonig my body to make it more soothing, so I did "Chloe ting" 2 week abs challenge and it worked like a magic for me. I will highly recommend to go ahead with this workout only if your weight in normal or else first loose some weight and then start with this workout. Hope this will help you!
I respect u girl, u worked hard and did well in this challenge, well done! If u truly want to get abs in the long term, you have to do a reasonable amount daily and consistently, not just in one day like 1000 tries, because it would be painful for ur body. Also u would have to be in a calorie deficit if u want to see results as exercise only takes up 10-30% of ur energy use.
If you want to lose weight do cardio and eat healthy (but enough) eating too less is *never* the solution. Also these just train your abs they dont make you lose much weight
If someone is thinking of doing this first up don't go to the extremes, because it's hard to stay consistent. Also abs are made in the kitchen and by cardio because you can't choose a spot where you want to lose fat because your body melts fat everywhere. Abs moves make your abs stronger and better looking (when they are showing) tho
