That workout might help you build ab muscles but not visible if you want visible abdominal muscles you need to reduce body fat

A reminder if you are any kind of student or aspirant whatever. Do not get into such hardcore exercises. If you want to lose weight, A 20 min dance workout with good amout of walking everyday and controlling your food is enough. These hardcore exercises are ideal for someone who is determined to achieve a particular weight or body shape. Sincw you are a student/aspirant you need more time in your studies and invest half an hour for workout and have nutritious food. Once you get your summer vaccation or any kind of break you can do this hardcode crazy exercises.
